Tom was able to come out and look at our roof sooner than I expected. He was able to assess the source of our leak quickly and tell me exactly what was needed and how much the repairs would be. In fact he was able to perform the repairs right then and gave me a 2 year warranty!! We had heavy rain just a couple of days later and when I checked our attic it was completely dry! Professional, courteous and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tom and his crew were able to schedule us relatively quickly. The work on our roof was done between two storms. The team hustled on Day 1 to get the front side of the house done and covered the backside to make sure there were no leaks (the reason we had the roof replaced to begin with). They came back and finished the back side of the roof the day after the storm. We were very happy with the price and timeline.

They showed up on time, finished the project early. Final project turned out better than I had anticipated. Will use them again definitely.

Friendly and competent. Tom was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence. I just had a half-day job, so it took about a week to zero in on a job date. No complaints. I was surprised at the price, but that was probably more my ignorant expectations than anything. It took two guys six hours to replace my hip roof caps and two plumbing vent seals for $1800 soup-to-nuts, so not-so-bad. I'm sleeping better knowing it's fixed right and have added Marquis to my preferred professional list in HomeAdvisor.

My issues were addressed. I will use them in the future too!

Tom was fantastic. He came out the following day, just before a major rain/wind storm to patch the roof. Then three days later did the permanent fix with warranty. Highly recommend!

Work completed just fine, but was a little slow to respond due to the large number of calls at the time. Workers were polite & cleaned up after the work well.

Tom & his helper quickly determined the cause of the leak. He replaced a pipe boot that had been poorly installed when the roof was done. He also checked inside the attic to make sure that there wasn't any mold. Several weeks later I had him come back and replace two other pipe boots the day before a big rainstorm. He was quick and cleaned up everything. I am very pleased with his responsiveness and work. Will probably have him come back in the spring and powerwash the whole house.

Roof looks great. It took longer than we expected due to a Nor'easter that hit before the job was done. They sealed the unfinished section well enough that we had no water problems at all. Great job!!

Arranged this NH job from Denver....their cumunication was perfectly timed and very detailed allowing me to have complete confidence it would be done rigbt and on time. Could not have gone smoother, or been done better.

Very pleased with the roof repair. Responded quickly to my inquiry, explained exactly what needed to be done and completed the work before expected (on a Sunday).

I would hire them again. They showed up when they said , got the job done in 1 1/2 days. Did a great job and left the yard clean when they left. What else can I say. The roof looks good.

The work was done well. There was a mishap that caused some ladder damage to one of my existing gutters. When Tom learned about it he let me know that he would be replacing the entire section of gutter. He followed through and made it like it never happened. This is a major plus in my book, and have no problems recommending this company to others, or to use again if the need arises.
