Ben, Nick and Adam were great. Super glad to see they were wearing face mask! They worked great as a team and had my old apartment moved out quickly; not an easy task since I moved from a 4th floor apartment. They took great care in making sure to wrap furniture that needed to be and were careful with everything. They worked quickly and efficiently. All three were well groomed and personable. I definitely recommend Trend Moving to anyone looking for professional movers at a fair price.

I had booked Trend Moving based on their 5 star online ratings, and thank God I did because they saved my moving day!! The 3 guys that came to move my home were right on time and worked hard all the way through, no breaks, even when I offered them water! Not knowing that Trend Moving had it's own storage facility, I had booked a storage space at "Right Space Storage" on Northeastern Blvd in Nashua....I will be writing their HORRIBLE review after I finish this one!! I arrived and started the process at the reception desk, with Trend Movers following shortly after. The guy that helped me was extremely slow but also rude: he answered the phone and helped another customer in the middle of helping me, knowing I had a time constraint (my house was closing the next day and I had to clean). When I first arrived, the guy asked me which moving company I was using, apparently Right Space and College Bound Movers are the same company. He told me to have my moving truck pull into the loading dock where another truck was currently parked, once they pulled away. He then sent someone to move that truck but they came back stating the "battery was dead." Supposedly they were going to jump it. Behind the checkin desk, there was a large screen with live video feed of the multiple security cameras placed around the building. I watched as 2 guys went outside with a machine to jump the truck but instead of doing so, they walked around and milled about for a solid 5 minutes before I asked the guy behind the desk what the **** they were doing. At this point, one of the Trend Moving guys called me from the truck and asked what was going on. I'm pretty sure he could sense my frustration as told him and he offered their storage space, telling me he would call their office immediately and find out if they could just head to their facility with the truck instead. I agreed to find out what the availability/cost was, and he immediately called me back. He asked that I step outside to speak to him (which btw was extremely professional), which was when I discovered that the Right Space Storage at this particular location had done this to Trend Moving 4 times previously. Because the Storage facility knows that Trend Moving has 5 star reviews and charges by the hour, they stage this "dead battery" truck, thereby forcing the moving company bill to increase by the minute and hope that the customer writes a poor review about their competition. My mind was blown. Trend Moving Company knew I was stressing hard about the time and offered to store my belongings at their facility while allowing me to sign everything there on the spot so I could go back to the house and finish. I immediately agreed and couldn't be happier that I did so. It was the most seamless, stress free process!!! I cannot say enough awesome things about this company, especially the customer service I received on the phone from Carla and Rob! I definitely will be using their services again to move my storage things into my new construction home in September! Thank you so much for saving the day guys!!!!

Moving is VERY stressful. Hiring Trend Moving took away one of those stresses. The entire process from quoting to booking to packing to moving to unpacking was 100% stress free. I highly recommend.

A+++ experience with Trend Moving. They showed up right on time on the most humid of days during a pandemic and killed it getting my 2,000 sq. ft. house loaded onto two trucks loaded from my house (which was on a steep hill). The next day they had five guys running on and of the truck with boxes is hand, I was exhausted just watching them! They did not hesitate to move things where we needed them to be and the office was quick to make sure all of my concerns were immediately addressed. Absolutely recommend highly!!!

The guys were professional, timely, kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

I have never seen a team hustle so much, especially a team working by the hour. They came, wanted to work and make our move as stress free as possible. They took a few minutes to evaluate the move and we agreed to call in a second truck and additional team members to make sure we met our timeline. The price was reasonable but very much worth it since the guys were working so hard. They were conscientious about our belongings and wanted to make sure everything was where it needed to be before they left. Overall a great experience for a move.

Tremendous and professional service on an extremely difficult move (moving a furniture including a piano up two flights of twisting and narrow stairs in an old Boston apartment building). Extremely polite movers that took great care in everything they did and all at a very reasonable price. Just top notch! Definitely will hire again to move us out of that apartment -- hopefully they forget the address at that time because I am not sure they would want to move that piano down that same staircase. 3 movers for 6.5 hours of total work. Large truck with lift gate included. All furniture was well padded, protected and tied down. Truck travel from Manchester to Brighton MA.

Excellent professional all the way.

They were punctual. They were easy to work with, and gladly accepted my few inputs. They were a trio of workers who did not stop until the job was completed. The supervisor was squared away and had the complete understanding that the best manager is a working manager. As much as I hate to say I’ll be moving again, I’ll be on the phone early to have Trend move me again. I highly recommend this outfit for any type household move. 👍🏻

Fantastic job. Very Professional. Quick to respond to my inquiry. Communication about getting on the calendar was a little slow for my liking but once we got on the same page it was scheduled for two days later. I wish I had more stuff for them to move. Will connect with them again for my next area move.

I found my experience with this company to be excellent. The workers, David and Michael, were right on time, well coordinated, extremely hard-working, careful, and fast. They are a fantastic team. The manager/owner, Rob, was very involved, checking in the night before the move and on the morning of the move as well. I would definitely recommend this company—they are really on top of things, and the price was extremely reasonable as well.

From the initial phone call with Rob for an estimate to the move itself Trend did an amazing job. This was the first time I have used a moving company and after calling around Trend stood out. They made me feel like they had my back and were able to walk me through the process and help me identify what I needed. When the movers came they were incredible! Super nice guys and incredible workers. I even saw them sprinting back to my house from the truck! I did not see them stop once. I had to change my move date last minute and Trend was beyond accommodating. Once again they had my back and I appreciated that so much. Thanks Trend!

Awesome, responses by phone within minutes of requesting a quote (I contacted two other companies who never called me). Managed to fit me in within a few days. Showed up on time, incredibly efficient, total respect for my property and finished quickly. There isn’t a single thing they could have done better and the price was extremely reasonable.

They did a great job, they were very very careful packing, very kind, understanding, professional and they were very easy to access if you have any question, very comfortable to the area. They were wonderful, very caring, calls to make sure we were okay, updates us if they were coming and the whole staff is wonderful.The owner makes sure everything is working out and made a personal appearance and they were great. They also had equipment to pull heavy equipment.

The team at Trend Moving were incredible. You could not ask for a more professional caring team. They handled our property with tremendous care and made sure that everything was just right! I would hire them again in a heart beat! Best around.

I was quoted a price and it was way over. The movers did a good job but I thought the move should've been done in a more timely manner. They were hard workers but it took more time then I we all thought it would take. They started at 9:00am and finished at 8:00pm.

They're professional and worked quickly.

It was great service, the men were very polite, professional and made the service quick and efficient, they were very helpful. I was impressed with the moved, I guess they were athletic. I would refer them to anybody I know.
