I would not recommend Sweeet - their customer service is terrible- they are unresponsive to any phone calls. If you have an issue they do not respond.

Removed a large amount of yard waste from my property. They came as scheduled and completed the work as requested. They did a great job. We will use them in the future.

He was here early morning and stayed all day with only a short lunch break. Had the correct equipment, enough help and had most of the job done in that first day. Came back the following day and finished around noon. This also included tearing up our driveway concrete to use as fill and laying done gravel.

At the end of the day There work was exercelant

The project ran long due to some materials issue which was resolved quickly and a holiday weekend which pushed the project out a bit over 2 weeks however results are perfect.

They did what I wanted done. I thought they did a pretty good job, I plan on hiring them again.

I'm happy with both services. They picked up and delivered machines to my house. If you schedule the service out of season you should be able to get a deal. Not cheap but it really should keep these expensive machines running longer.

The service has been prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience your first time. Immediately upon showing up the foreman of the project came up and shook my hand, introduced himself and asked if there's any details of the project beyond what he had been told that I wanted to make him aware of. His crew were all very professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard and were very attentive to details. I am an interior designer and a bit of a perfectionist and they not only met my expectations but exceeded them. It's very rare that I say that. I plan to use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

I would use them again any day! They were so professional and courteous. All the work was done as scheduled, with the exception of rainy days. We were very concerned about the trees close to the house, and they removed them without incident. Overall, we would highly recommend them.

Kyle was prompt when he came to give the estimate and had a little time before the busy season really kicked in. Originally scheduled for the previous Friday but we had a couple cold days so we waited a few more days until the ground was thawed. The Sweeet crew showed up on time around 8 AM and got right to it. The guys worked with me throughout the day asking me exactly how I wanted to work done. It couldn't have went any better.

Work was very straight forward and not challenging. Work was done well. I have used Sweet for about 4 years to handle weekly lawn mowing. they are reliable and do good work. If you want them to make and adjustment or modify how they are doing something (for example, do a better job with the edges of lawn or raise the blade level in hot summer months for cutting) you can call the owner Kyle Segal and he will be responsive to that request.

The provider was scheduled to come to my home to winterize my irrigation. Instead, Kyle sent an employee to the property, but the employee went to the wrong house and did a quick inspection of their irrigation and left. When I called about it, the employee returned, to meet my husband, asked if we wanted to be put on the winterization schedule for next year, told my husband Kyle would call him to schedule, and left without winterizing the system. They never performed the winterization of my irrigation system as discussed with the owner Kyle. When I sent Kyle a text message asking him the status of the job for my property, he would not respond. I don't understand what happened from the last time they were reviewed here, but this company has poor management and incompetent employees. I would not recommend them.

I asked the installers if they felt the run would be too steep and they said no but in fact it is. They brought the walkway in too low to the front steps so you really pitch off the steps onto the walkway. I also asked them to raise the level of the walkway just slightly (1/4" -1/2" so water from the downspout wouldn't run onto the walkway. They not only didn't do that but the walkway actually slopes down a little from the driveway so water pools on the walkway. I have tried to contact them three times recently to get them to install a step in the middle of the walkway and come into the stairs a little higher but have gotten no response so I will get someone else to fix it. I wasn't looking for a free fix, but they never called me back so they made a poor assumption in not getting back to me so now they have a negative reference on Angie's List and to anyone else that might inquire of me.

Kyle was prompt to come out and give me an estimate...stuck to the estimate...was very timely and did a really fantastic job.. I'll use him in the future and recommend him to all My yard is multilevel and difficult to do and he did a great job Doug Gammon

All went well, Total yard clean up as well as the previously mentioned pretty big branch from a tree.

I was extremely pleased as detailed above and will definitely not only recommend Sweeet to others but will also definitely continue with the service!

Kyle came out to look at the job within a day or so and gave me an acceptable price right away. I followed up shortly thereafter and we scheduled the work to be done. An unexpected forecast of early snow disrupted the schedule but I had to call Kyle to learn of the delay which was disappointing but his hardscape installer, Scott did get the job done shortly thereafter and it came out great. I would definitely use them again and plan to next Spring to get my overall landscaping in shape on this house that we recently purchased. I would be happy to recommend them as well.

They've had some personnel turnover, and I've had to watch the work of newer employees more carefully. If you need any treatment different from the norm (grass cut higher, no bagging, etc.) you can't rely on the work to be done to specification. This may be improved in the future. It's hard to say at this point. I've had some areas of my lawn scalped and other leaf cleanup ignored. Again, this may be due to new personnel who aren't up to snuff yet.

Hydro seeding did not work only weeds, mulch was so thin I had to hire another landscaper to fill in many areas.

For the past two years this landscaping company has been mowing our lawn. They come as needed and do an excellent job. I have had no problems and can leave on vacation free of worry. In the spring they mulched the yard. They came when expected and did a walk around to be sure we were satisfied.

Sweeet came in with 6 guys and wroked from 8:00 am until it was done at 7:30pm. They had someone come in to grind a couple of tree stumps and then returned to re-mulch the areas around the removed stumps. Everything went very smooth, they kept us informed throughout work. All they guys were polite and efficient. I've had just about the whole neighborhood stop by to tell me how good the yard looks. It was ok before but, it really looks great now. They called me a couple of weeks latter to make sure all was well and to see if I was still happy with the results. I would definitely hire them again.

We had scheduling issues for a while, but once the guys showed up to work, they were fast, professional and did a wonderful job. Then it seemed like we had some billing issues, I would use them again, and plan on it though because their work was so clean and well done. I just hope he hires a part time administrative assistant/bookkeeper, to better take care of payments/ appointments.
