Description of Work: We had a rat infestation outside. Although we tried to trap the critters ourselves, I still noticed three generations in my gardens. Very alarming! Steve placed traps and bait stations. He was excellent explaining/answering my questions and assured me of the safety considering dogs in our household. Not a fun problem, but at least there is an ongoing, viable solution.
