They were incredibly responsive and showed up sooner than I originally thought which is a good thing. The team was professional and they did an outstanding job power washing my house. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The service provider (Nick) came by to observe the project and give an estimate in early September. Spent over an hour discussing the project, brought material samples. Said he would send an email right away so I could send over specifics of the build, but he never did. Did not respond to messages through Angie’s list messenger. Over a month later I got a call from his coworker - “sorry for the delay, I’m taking over, we’ll get you something tomorrow”. Nothing. No response to follow up inquiries two months after scoping visit.

The team did a great job on this project. They took exceptional care to restore the warped railing to a straight level, even re-leveling the deck floor as needed. The refinishing of the deck surface was done with care and professionalism. I could not ask for anything better. An outstanding team - highly recommend.

The project went very well. I got a call each day to let me know their arrival time and they gave me a brief overview of each day's goals. The project took nearly a week of full days with a multi-person crew to get the house washed, put on two coats of stain on the body, two coats of clear stain on the natural wood soffits and two coats of a third stain on supporting beams and the deck. Throughout that time every member of the crew was professional and personable. They did a great job on the house with near perfect cut-in lines and small repairs wherever they came across a spot that needed it. Highly recommend!

It was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The crew was great and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, the deck is well built and beautiful.

Work was done on time. The work crew (Cameron and Bill) were very professional, did a great job and we are very satisfied with the work done. Everything was cleaned up at conclusion of the work. They replaced boards on the deck bench deck and also vents and a decorative piece on the house. Very happy with Total Deck Care and will definitely use them again.

this was the 2nd year I had used total Deck Care. the 1st year they resainrd the whole house, remodeled the deck duplicating the former sunburst on one side of the railing. I am very satisfied with their work, clean-up and professionalism. have engaged them for maintenance again this fall.

Nick and his team completed the whole job in 2.5 days - amazing. They were all very professional, completed the job very quickly and efficiently - I barely knew they were there. Nick came back to finish a few details for the inspector after but it was no big deal. They did an excellent job.

I have always been very happy with their punctuality, pricing and the quality of their work. Their crews are always polite and eager to please. I told them I would move all the furniture off my deck but didn't get to it in time. They took care of it with no complaining and no extra costs.

This is at least the 5th time we've had Total Deck Care perform maintenance on our decking and we've been happy with their service every time (hence the repeat hirings of the company). They were referred to us by friends who have also engaged their services for many years. They come when they say they're coming and they stick with the quote they provide up front. They're also honest about the type of service we need (not doing a complete re-staining each year-- but every other year they say is sufficient for our deck).

Excellent job. Very professional owner as well as crew who did the job. I was most impressed after 1st meeting and quote ( which was more than I had budgeted but owner came back with an alternative plan for what I wanted to spend. Owner came out to quote the job when he stated he would and the job was started and completed as promised. The deck still looks great. I would definitely recommend to others as well as use Total Deck Care again.

Very good service. They arrived on time and were very professional. They removed all of the mold, dirt and grime from not only the surface of the deck, but also the railing. Very good job. They also send seasonal e-mails reminding me of their services.

Tom Landry, Total Deck Care owner came out and met with us before taking the job. We discussed our wants/needs and how they could be met. We agreed on a design, which was somewhat different from our original ideas, based on Tom's experience with deck building, our house situation and the cost we were willing to pay. A price was agreed upon and a start date was set. The start date was in late November, after Thanksgiving. Work began on time, but unfortunately some early snowfall slowed things down a bit. As it was after the outdoor eating time-frame, we were not terribly concerned, save that we wanted the enclosure completed by early spring. Snowfall buried some of the non-installed window framing pieces. Fortunately a let-up in the cold winter period in late February allowed for the builders to complete the exterior work by the end of February. Rather than try to find buried pieces of cut wood, they re-cut window framing to size, so that they could get the windows in place before the cold restarted - which they did. By early March the deck was complete except for the fan/light and electrical outlet. The screened-in porch was usable by the time the weather warmed up enough, so that we could use the porch in spring. Total Deck Care came in mid-April and completed all the electrical work, installing the fan/light and adding a new outside electrical outlet. We would suggest starting outside projects in New Hampshire by early November at the latest, so as to avoid snowfall issues. While the total elapsed time for the project was longer than we had hoped, we had a beautiful new screened-in porch that was usable by the time we wanted to start eating outside. Total Deck Care does great work at a good price. They are responsive when we call. This is the second job for which we've used them, both well done. We have also recommended them to two separate people, who also used them and got great results.

The people are real pros and wonderful. The job they did was way beyond my expectations, It's beautiful. They picked up everything at night, left no mess, they were a pleasure to have working around the house. Probably the best contractors we have ever worked with.
