 + -1 moreWe met KBRCO at a home show several years ago not knowing then we would ultimately enlist his services. He was always pleasant, polite and knowledgeable about his trade. He further suggested the sub contractors and without exception I was pleased with these people. We entered a design contract and at this point decided to continue his services for the sub contracting. The only subs I provided was the painters and electricians. All work was provided and finished maybe a bit slower than I expected but always with an eye on the budget. When all was said and done we came in about 3-4% under budget. I would not hesitate to use this firm for any construction work in the future.
Description of Work: Designed and oversaw the construction of a SIP building.
