Jon Delmar

I chose to work with Jon Delmar at Prudential Verani and I must say he was absolutely wonderful to work with. Throughout the entire purchase process he was diligent, professional, personable, and patient. His attention to detail really shined. I have worked with other real estate brokers in the past and did not think a broker existed who returned calls promptly or took time to explain things until I met Jon. Despite the fact that he was always clearly busy and had several transactions going on around my own he always answered or returned my calls promptly. He genuinely seemed to care about my transaction and not a commission check. Definitely a professional type broker and not your weekend/part time type broker. He was very accommodating to my needs and concerns and went above and beyond (and I’d consider myself a quite particular type). Jon was also able to effectively help me navigate through several issues that came up during the purchase process (i.e. unforeseen issues with the seller and my lender). It was clear that he had dealt with these types of issues before and was able to provide expert guidance which in the end worked out just as he anticipated. He also seemed very knowledgeable with all the geographical areas I was looking in which included Manchester, Bedford, Londonderry, Derry, Salem, Hudson, and surrounding towns. Jon exceeded my expectations in virtually every category. I would highly recommend Jon to buyers or sellers and will be sure to refer many friends and clients to him for buying or selling a property.

He was just fantastic! One of the best realtors I've every worked with, especially his thank you gift! His attention to detail was unbelievable, I had one weekend to look for the house and he found it! I moved from South Carolina and had to divert most of my attention to the move there, but he took care of all the inspections and everything we needed to move in!
