 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. It required 5 trips because we had multiple problems. We had a sewer back up and they came right away. They were extremely professional, reliable courteous, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: They helped us identify some old sewer pipes and they cleaned them out.

 + -1 moreExcellent. We had major issues between our line and and the town's line. He ended up coming 4 times but he only charged us 2 times. He worked with the town. He was more than accommodating. He was fantastic.
Description of Work: They snaked out the drain from the toilet right out the street.

 + 0 moreHe fixed it completely. Knew exactly what needed to be done. He was also very friendly and explained not only what he was doing and why to my husband but also advised us that we needed to do this every two years or so to avoid a recurrence of this problem.
Description of Work: He came right out to see us. We are in the next town over from his business. He siphoned out the clogged drainage to our septic system, which had been clogged and backed up. It was all done in a few hours.

Description of Work: We had water in our cellar. We thought it was due to the septic system. We found that not many companies that worked on Sunday. We called them, they came out and found it was a clogged pipe and the septic system was fine. They saved the day.

 + -1 moreThey succeeded where other, more basic companies failed. They didn't just stick with easy answers and talking points.
Description of Work: Cleaned the filter in the septic tank, advised on proper use of tank. In the past they diagnosed and repaired a problem stemming back to installation of the tank. They also pump the tank for proper maintainance. They really know their stuff, not just septic pumping or drain cleaning. Jeff is the greatest.
