They are the worse - they didn't show up on time, didn't return phone calls when trying to schedule another unit, didn't provide any documentation on alleged overweight container, and were generally very difficult to deal with. I refused to pay overcharge w/o documentation, they took me to small claims court, I showed up (took time off from work and drove 60 miles), they didn't, the judge found in my favor. A month later I receive a notice that the court allowed the the hearing to be conducted again because the local manager had made a "mistake" in his schedule. At the hearing, I was provided the first documentation of the overcharge, which the manager lied a bout and said I had been sent the info. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. Highly unprofessional, I would never recommend these guys.

CALLED ON A FRIDAY, DUMPSTER WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT MORNING. THEY GAVE US A WINDOW FROM 7:00-12:00 AND ARRIVED AT 7:15! EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS FRIENDLY. THE DUMPSTER WAS EVEN ATTRACTIVE -- SHINY & NEW! PRICE WAS REASONABLE. (NOTE: 2 TONS ARE INCLUDED IN $375 BASE PRICE. WE HAD 2.8 EXTRA TONS.) WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DUMPSTER DEPOT!
