+ 0 moreAll in all, Dave does good solid careful work for a good price. Based on the work he did for us, I don't hesitate to recommend him. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.
Description of Work: David has done two jobs for us to date. The first was to repair floor rot in a split entry. Dave was quick to replace the rotten subfloor and joists with new wood. He was clean, professional and fast. My wife was quick to comment that there was never a wasted motion or moment for the half day it took him to do the repair. The second job we hired dave for was to frame out a deck including digging and pouring the footings. it took Dave about 5 days of constant hard work. It was done to spec and passed inspection. Dave worked with the building inspector on the framing and footer dewtails to make sure it was done to code.
