Custom Glass and Shelf Improvement

Impossible to get a hold of. Poor installation - didn't even clean the sticky stuff from their mirrors. Argumentative when trying to get a new mirror after it was found that one was scratched during installation and broke our towel holder during install and then tried to hide it.

They replaced a glass pane in a storm widow up on second floor in my house. Smooth communication, good price, and job done very well. Would hire again for sure.

Very smooth. Pricing was reasonable, installers were tidy and professional . Scheduling was easy. Everything was explained and scheduled . Shower door was fabricated on schedule and installed when promised. I have a beautiful custom glass shower door. Fits perfectly . I would recommend.

It went terrible. First, Custom Glass is a Lowe's installer. I went through Lowe's and they referred me to Custom Glass for the installation. The representative at Custom Glass told me to bypass Lowe's and go directly to them. I should have looked at this right away as unprofessional, but I just wanted to get my shower door installed as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire process of working with Custom Glass, the representative was rude and unprofessional. Since they bypassed Lowe's, they didn't have the glass door I originally picked out at Lowe's. I asked why and the rep told me "if I don't like what they have to offer then go somewhere else." Again, I should have went with another company at that moment but because I was already down the path with this one I proceeded. Nonetheless, I purchased a shower door on February 19th (process started in January). After providing no updates, I finally emailed them in Mid March asking about the status of the door. They were not flexible about the installation times. We finally agreed to a March 30th installation date and they showed up with the wrong door! I called the owner and he was unprofessional and offered no apology. Instead, he said "we will be out next week with your door." I took the day off work to meet these installers and felt I deserved an apology. I then called the rude rep who answers the phone and she was even more unprofessional. I asked for my money back and this person simply said "have a good day." I would never go back to this company again and I would not advise anyone I know to do so either.

Their price was in a low to medium. It's on the low side compared to the prices I had for some other work with other companies that we've got quotes from. It's important to say custom because that was what made his service so special. He understood what I wanted very simply. He understood what I wanted and he was able to implement it at a reasonable price. The work was done on time and very neatly. As of right now he is fine. He is very accommodating and excellent on clean up. He had to come back to make an adjustment. He made no big deal about that. I would use him in a heartbeat for any glass. I would put him whatever the happiness thing is. I would absolutely put him to that.
