It was her first time and although she helped out in a bind she did a so so job, not all floors were mopped/vacuumed and not all areas dusted because they didn't "look' like they needed to be and so on... After meeting her post cleaning I hired her anyway, thinking a second chance is appropriate. Contacted her with future cleaning dates but NO responce. Contacted her a 2nd time and again NO response. Contacted her a 3rd time to request my house key be returned and yet again NO RESPONSE. Needless to say, I had to have my lockes changes. It's such a small community too... shame on her for being SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Tess Whitcomb is fast on the job, but not sloppy. A pleasant personality helps having her in the house with family present. If Tess has a situation that delays her or prevents her from coming at the usual time, she always notifies me. She does not waste time answering her cell phone; she'll check it to see if it's a family emergency and, if not, then continue with her work. She has a pleasant yet business-like personality.I trust her implicitly and have no hesitancy in recommending her to others. She's young and a vigerous worker--a and quot;winnerand quot; in my book.

She does a great job and we look forward to her cleaning service every week! She pays great attention to detail and will do extras if she completes the and quot;listand quot; and has time. She is pet friendly and is great company for them while she is here! If we ever need to switch days or times she does whatever it takes to fit us in on another day. My life got a little crazy and i needed some help with getting my house back up to par. I searched Craigslist to look for a house cleaner in my area with reasonable prices and gave her a call for a one time clean. She got back to me right away and gave me a quote the seemed very reasonable for my budget. Tess showed up right ontime for me to go run errands while she cleaned my house. After returning, my house seemed to shine like it hasn't in a long time. Even though laundry wasn't discussed she went the extra mile and washed my linens and put them away. I highly recommend Tess for any type of cleaning for her top notch performance, excellent customer service skills, and for going the extra mile to make sure my experience was exactly what i expected and then some
