Description of Work: can't get anyone to return calls. I have left 3 messages. I simply want to know if they service central air mobile homes. Makes it look bad for Angies List that vendor ignores potential customers

Description of Work: installed propane pool heater. Terrible customer service. Jeff promised more than he was able to deliver; had to chase him to do the work once I contracted w/him. He was a shifty communicator-did not return calls or show when promised. Run don't walk away from this guy.

Jeff & John installed my plumbing and heating system into my new house in May 2011. As of today (Feb 2013) I still have issues with the heating system shutting off prematurely. I have tried many times to contact them, but they only pick up my calls when they feel like it. They have tried to solve the issue only 2 times over the past 2 years and now I have the leak from the water filter they installed. I am done with their poor quality work and hope I can save someone from going through the same headaches with them that I have. PS - They have no issues taking your money, as I have spent over $20,000 with them.
Description of Work: Jeff and his brother John installed a high-flow household water filtration unit into the existing water line that they installed the previous year (2011). The filter was added as a secondary flow line to the existing main line with a shutoff valve to divert the water flow through this new filter. This winter the exit coupling of the filter cracked and there were no shutoff valves installed before and after the filter. This prevented me from being able to close off the flow through the filter( that was spraying water all over) and being able to run the water through the main line to have water in the house. This is PLUMBING 101 in my mind. They charged $233.37 for the materials plus filter and an additional $250 for labor. I found out later the filter cost $66.48 in Home Depot so the rest of the materials used (piping only - no shutoff valves) must have been made out of GOLD!
