I had called the other well company in the Northern NH area, they spent 10 minutes in the basement checking the electric controls, and said the dug well was dry...$145.00. The next day a salesman arrived, and I was given an estimate for $18300.00 for a new well. I called Jamie Carr, owner of Carr well & pump, and advised him of my situation. He sent out 2 workers on the next day, and they went directly to the well after they determined that the pump was running. They entered the well with a ladder, and noticed the severely crimped and cracked pipe leaving the well. They advised that they were reasonably sure that the pipe was my problem, not a dry well. They returned the next morning with all the necessary tools and materials to do the repairs. They spent about 2 hours, doing the job. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient during the entire time that they were on the job. In the month that has passed, I have had absolutely no further trouble with lack of water, and everything has been functioning perfectly.
Description of Work: Repaired a broken pipe where it left the dug well to go underground into the home.
