Ron did a fantastic job with stretching my carpet in both the Master Bedroom and the Upstairs Hall Area. Workmanship was super and the education I got about my carpeting was helpful. Rooms look great and his cleanup was perfect. Definitely would recommend Ron and will utilize him when I get ready to change my carpet in another room. He surely knows his trade.

I sent Ron pictures of the carpet in need or repair on Tuesday evening. He responded on Wednesday and by Friday afternoon my carpet had been repaired. Not only did they fit me in this week but they were friendly and did great work. Ron noticed spots that needed to repaired that I hadn't noticed before. He and Paul moved all the furniture, fixed the carpet, vacuumed, moved the furniture back in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Flooring Innovations and would hire again if necessary. I got three quotes when researching vendors and he was in the middle but the one I felt most comfortable hiring after our email communications.

Vendor contacted me fast set appointment quickly was very conscientious ,rates were reasonable and work was completed with attention to detail and cleaned up mess after.

Ron was very professional and completed the job in a half day. He put in new sub floor and vinyl sheet flooring, He also ripped up some old carpet in hallway. He ripped up this terrible carpet tack strips and didn't damage hardwood flooring underneath. I will call him again to do other projects in the future.

Excellent customer service skills. He thoroughly went over what the job entailed, required and what to expect. It was clear he was a professional and knew his trade. After seeing pictures, but before seeing the actual job, he made it clear he would be upfront if he couldn't repair the problem and would not charge me for coming out. I was glad for his honesty. He was able to fix the problem area and did an excellent job! The carpet is flat and the pet damage is repaired!!! I would not hesitate to use his services in the future or recommend him.

Ron did an excellent job!! Would highly recommend this company. Our home is less than 2 years old and the carpet was rippled and in terrible shape. Ron did 3 of our carpeted rooms upstairs and the end result was a perfectly flat carpet that now looks BRAND NEW!!!~ Hire this company without any worries -- you will be pleased with the end result.

Ron was very accommodating to our changing schedule and was able to come in and repair the carpet in a single day.
