+ -1 moreInitial construction progressed satisfactory, seemed to drag during final clean up of problems. Personnel were professional and polite.
Description of Work: ` Contractor Hired to build new home build a new home , excavation masonry, carpentry an final rough grading . Work began in the fall of 2009, and was essentially complete in June of 2010. Final completion of initial punch list was satisfactorily completed in the winter of 2012/2013.

septic tank
+ -1 moreI do not feel they work closely enough with the customer. I wasn't happy with where leach field were located. They did not come when they said they would come. They had to be called in order to come. Rather than address my complaints they told me why I was wrong.
Description of Work: They delivered and installed a septic tank and mound leach field.
