Nightingale Hauling

The container was dropped off, filled and then removed as expected. One week later I received the invoice. A few days after receiving the invoice came a phone call. The nature of the phone call, to my recollection, was to confirm that the invoice was to be sent to me and not to my landlord. Two weeks later I received another phone call. The nature of this call was a little more negative. When the owner of the trash hauling company had not yet received a check in the mail (only three weeks after I had received the invoice), he threatened to bring 7000 pounds of trash and drop it in my yard. I was not hostile, and nowhere on his invoice did it say that it was due within any certain timeframe at all. There were swear words, a complete lack of understanding, and absolutely no level of professionalism.
