Responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. Price was equal to competition.

I contacted Jon at Orion Tree Service on Tuesday and luckily he was going to be in my area on Thursday. He said he might be able to do the work that Thursday but I was number 5 on his list for that day. He couldn't guarantee he would get to my trees but would try. Sure enough when I came home all three trees were down and removed and the area was all cleaned up. I would definitely recommend his services and will use them again when needed. Excellent job!

It went well. Owner replied within a day of calling and stated he would add me to his schedule within a month's time. I called after three weeks as I hadn't received a confirmation call. Within a few days I was on the schedule and service was performed.

Very well. Orion was fast and left a very clean site when they were done. Communicated clearly so there were zero misunderstandings.

We used Orion three times in 2015, and like them. Here's a summary. In August, we had them drop a four-stem maple tree that was partly leaning over a neighbor's fence. We had them chip the brush and leave the trunks for firewood. The team finished the job quickly. Total $150. In October, we had them grind 10 stumps. The guy finished in less than an hour. Total $150. In December, we got permission from our neighbors to have two damaged trees near the property line removed (they were on the neighbor's property, but leaning our way). Orion needed the bucket truck for this, because the trees were near our power lines. The team finished in about an hour, chipping the brush and leaving the trunks as we requested. They even made sure the family of flying squirrels that was living in a woodpecker hole in one of the trees evacuated. We had no idea the squirrels were there, or the hole, for that matter. Total $250. It can sometimes take a few days to get a response to a voice mail, but this won't deter us from working with Orion again.

John was great. I explained to him that I was trying to take care of potential problems and also open up the area around the back of the house. He helped pick the trees to take down. It did take about a month to get on his schedule, but as we were in no rush it was fine. The trees were taken down in a day. The trunks were left. Very happy with the results. Would definitely use Orion again.

I had 8 huge pines over my neighbors house ,and over my power line to my house. Jon is very prompt, and works carefully, but really quickly. They have all the right equipment for the job and obviously have worked together for some time. The whole crew was great and insisted on cleaning up areas I told them to leave....
