I Called Andrew after having called/emailed several others that resulted in only one response (too busy). I started a second round with a call to AC Darois Electric, and Andrew called me back moments later. I liked his demeanor and the answers he gave in response to my questions. His quote, received a few days later, was actually a little lower than a quote I got a year ago for the same job ( but did not follow through on), so I decided to have him do the work .Even though he was/is very busy, he always returned my calls and performed the work a short time later. in a timely manner. Andrew is professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. When I had an emergency electrical situation in my home, he came late on a weekday night and stayed until the job was finished. He followed up after with a phone call to insure everything was running smoothly and we were back on line. I recommend AC Darois with no reservations - Andrew works hard, smart and gets the job done without any problems.

From when i first called, Andrew was prompt and professional. He came out the next couple of days and we spoke in person about what we needed, he sent out an electronic estimate. After we accepted he came out and completed each job in a very reasonable time frame. He was always in communication with us about what was going on and when finished sent us a very detailed invoice.
