Called for an estimate, promptly responded, price agreed upon, date was set, showed up on time very satisfied with the work.

Got their number when I saw their trucks at a job site when traveling to the town transfer station. I also called three other contractors in town. Got responses from two of them with one being Rooftop Construction. After getting an estimate from both I looked up both on Angie's List. To my dismay Rooftop had terrible reviews they were all about getting estimates I had no problem so I decided to go with them. Glad I made the choice. When I signed the contract (no money down) he told me he was about two weeks out. Two weeks later he called and gave me a date 9/14/13, Promptly showed up with 5 guy's. Like ant's on an ant hill, Showed up at 7am and done lock stock and barrel.at noon time. They protected all of my decking and bushes with tarps, and thoroughly cleaned everything. You wouldn't know there was a roofing crew an hour before. They did a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rooftop Construction to my friends or neighbors.

NOTHING I made the error of accepting an estimate from Rooftop for a complete reroof at the suggestion of a realtor representing the seller of house I was buying. Rooftop provided a lowball estimate that subsequently no other roofer could match. After negotiating a lower price on the house based on the roof estimate, attempted to contract with rooftop to do the work at the estimated price but got no response after several calls...very bad form!

I called to confirm what time they were coming by on the weekend - never got a call back - figured he couldn't get his guys to work on the weekend, called to see when they could do the job, never heard back from him. He gave me a good price, too, and had a good recommendation from someone we know.

I received and estimate from Rooftop Construction (in May) to replace our rubber roof at our Wakefield, NH home. Provided them with the $900.00 deposit and was promised the 3rd or 4th week of June as job completion date. I dismantled the roof deck in preparation for the rubber roof replacement as agreed. It was all ready to go and informed them of this fact by letter with the deposit check. I've called 5 times over the past three weeks requesting someone from Rooftop Construction provide us with a start date. No one will return any of my calls. Completely unacceptable. This is now July and no contact from them. Sent email with information that if company fails to contact me personally within 48 hours we will regard this as "breach of contract." Return our $900.00 deposit and I'll find another roofing contractor who will provide good customer service. Do you understand my frustration? I have a roof leaking and damaging my home. We cannot wait another week or another month beyond the agreed completion date. "I'm now second guessing our decision. "Why would we expect a professional roofing job if you cannot return a customer's phone call?" Finally, received a return email on July 5th. Wouldn't even call me. Owner admitted conduct was unprofessional. (wasting a month of my time) He wrote they were three weeks behind because of the rainy weather. I realize no contractor can control the weather. The way I see it, if he's not roofing because of the rain he should have time to follow-up with customers. No excuse for abdicating his professional responsibility for updating the customer. End result: He quickly mailed back our $900.00 deposit. For that I'm grateful. Work was never performed. I would never consider recommending this company to anyone.

I left a message describing the work I needed done and I never heard back. I would have rather heard if they just didn't want the job.
