Description of Work: I contacted this electrician and he replied promptly and even set up an estimate for a Saturday, which was great. He then failed to show up for the estimate, essentially wasting my morning. He did not contact me to tell me why he did not show up. When I contacted him the following business week, he said that he went fishing on Saturday morning and dropped his phone in the water, thus losing my contact information. Pretty weak, even if true. Never mind that his wife was the one who emailed me with the Saturday appointment and obviously had my contact information in her email. I had requested an estimate for the installation of several timers for outdoor lighting. Preliminarily, his projected prices for the equipment through his supplier were approximately three times as much as the price of this equipment on multiple reputable online dealers, including Amazon. Apparently his electrical supplier charges up to three times as much for some equipment than the going market price. Be advised. Anyway, I was still willing to look beyond the "dog ate my homework" excuse and use him, but he has failed to reply to my phone calls and emails. That's my experience with him.

There were a few hiccups in the timing of the installation on my end and throughout the process RDH had the professionalism and flexibility to work around my schedule and get the job done right, on time and within budget. They also assisted in ironing out some differences with the public utility. I recommend working with this team without reservation for small or large electrical work. Excellent value and superior customer service.
