Ray did an awesome job getting the hard water buildup off of our eight year old granite countertops. Also was great educator in the proper care of our countertops since we have such hard water. They shine like new.

Reliable professional and conscientious

Ray was easy to communicate with via email and phone, very professional and clearly proud of his work/skill. He answered questions, and explained the repair process thoroughly, so that I had a very good idea of what to expect for my badly cracked granite counter top. He arrived promptly in spite of a 3+ hour drive to my house (in Vermont!) in a snowstorm, wore his mask even though he was vaccinated, and provided himself with everything he needed to do a beautiful job and to clean up afterwards. When he finished, as he had predicted, the repair was not invisible but very close to it, and the overall results after polishing, regrouting etc made my 15 year+ counters look like new! He followed up with a very complete recommendation for preventing another crack, and general instructions on care and maintenance. A great experience, and I would definitely hire Ray/LEGS again without hesitation.
