Ray completed two jobs for me. Repairing and cleaning tile in a shower stall and grouting and cleaning tile in a bathroom. He was very meticulous in his work. He did a great job. I am very satisfied.

Lots of deeply scratched tiles after the work. When I brought the damage to his attention, he said those were ¨hidden by the soap scum.¨ This is a false statement; those scratches were made by his tool when he was removing the old grout. Additionally, he did not put caulking behind the shower handle fixture or along the tub/wall line. Water can certainly seep through.

Did a great job refreshing and repairing a shower that was looking dingy from water mineral deposits.

FIRST OF ALL, RAY WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HIS WORK IS METICILOUS AND THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. RAY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS TO BE DONE AND WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO KEEP THE TILE LOOKING LIKE BRAND NEW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK YOU NEED DONE, YOU CAN BE ASSURED HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND TAKES A GREAT DEAL OF PRIDE IN HIS WORK.

Ray did a wonderful job restoring the missing or ugly grout between our ceramic tiles in two bathrooms. He was conscientious, very hard working and fairly priced ... I would hire him again and/or eagerly recommend him to someone else.

Ray did a great job. I had white grout and it was filthy. He replaced in with a dark gray grout and replaced one tile that was cracked. He gave me a great quote and also stuck to that quote. Our bathroom now looks so much better thanks to Ray!!!

Ray was very professional. He went over the details with me fully and priced the job and stuck to that price. That price was really great He also replaced a tile as well as replaced the ugly white grout we had chosen in error!! Would definitely recommend!!

Ray did a fantastic job! He refinished the marble floor in our entrance foyer and it looks better than new. It came out better than I expected. I was going to replace the marble tile, but decided to try refinishing and it was the right decision - the floor looks better than new tile. Definitely worth the money.
