Product turned out great....and they even delivered for free! Some confusion with how long it was suppose to take to be ordered and completed. But it all worked out.

This is the second time that I have used Granite State Glass and I was genuinely pleased with the overall experience.

A very friendly person took my details, and scheduled an assessment. The assessor arrived at the scheduled time, walked me through the process, and promised to get the quote to me the same day. Later the day, I got a call from the office with the quote. The quote was reasonable, and I accepted it. I was told I would be called about 10 days later when the material arrives. The only hiccup in this process was that I had to call back about 12 days later to make the repair appointment - but that was no big deal. Once the appointment was made, the repair person came at the appointed time and quickly fixed the window.

They came out to my location. I give them an A for everything and I would use them again. I would tell my acquaintances, if they need their service, to "go for it."

Making the appointment was easy, good customer service. They came to my work to replace the windshield. They were able to come the next day. The service man who replaced the glass was very nice and professional. He explained what he would be doing and the minimal restrictions I should adhere to in the first 24 hours (no car wash etc). The windshield has a lifetime guarantee.

I got an estimate to replace the windshield in a 2000 VW Jetta. I then realized the damage would be covered by my insurance company. The work they did on the combo window was very fair. around $10. The windshield was replaced at our convenience at our house. less than an hour

Showed up when they said they would, worked hard and did a full days work each day they were here. The salesman was polite, knowledgeable and accurate. The crew was polite, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company

originally contacted company on my own to do the work and was given a fair price. While considering my options, I was told that my insurance co. would cover the cost minus the deductable. Since the glass co. was one of Allstates preferred vendors and all the paperwork would be taken care-of, I scheduled the at-home service. I payed the repairman the $50 deductable, he handed me the paid invoice, and low-and-behold the charge to Allstate was $75 more than the price that I originally received. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a big fan of insurance cos., but this practice in the long-run affects all of us in the premiums we pay
