Description of Work: CCI is a top of the line construction management company. I've been involved with them on 5 projects ranging from a school renovation for 11,000,000 to a mountain lion exhibit for the Squam Lake Natural Science Center for $150,000. Their communication are superior to any building company that I have worked with. CCI performs on time and within quoted budget. I am current considering then for a major house renovation.

+ -1 moreOutstanding. Regardless of the complexity of the task, CCI is willing to take the risk, completed the job on time and within budget.
Description of Work: I have used CCI on numerous jobs from renovating a school to building a camp for at risk NH girls to building a Mountain Lions enclosurer. No matter what the task, they have always responded with fantastic professionalism. Their communications can not be better.
