+ -1 moreTom was responsive, friendly and knowledgeble. Plus, he told me about a hybrid electric water heater that I had no idea existed. I bought one and he installed that too! Now my hot water comes 2.5 times more efficiently and cheaply than a regular electric water heater. Very satisfied with Tom's work and his friendliness.
Description of Work: I just bought a house and there were some plumbing issues that needed to be dealt with right away, like a leaky faucet and the need to replace my on demand water heater with something that didn't cost so much.

+ -1 moreHe came with his brother and they put in a walk in tub for us. Did a good job with the pluming and he replaced the walls and did some framing around the tub. Very good work. Small bathroom so it was a job in doing it.
Description of Work: Tom came out gave us a price. Came on time to do the job. We are very happy with his work and price. Would give his name out and a good word. will call him when we need him again. He is a fair man.

+ -1 moreTom Cotter helped with the complete renovation of my master bath, he performed all of the plumbing and also helped with the whole renovatio project. He is very knowledgeable and a jack of all trades!
Description of Work: Tom Cotter was involved in the complete renovation of my master bath. He not only did a wonderful job on the plumbing, but he helped out in many other capacites with the total project. He used the best of materials and was very modest in his pricing.

Description of Work: I hired Tom Cotter to do the plumbing portion of my bathroom remodel. He went above and beyond his plumbing duties and helped in any way that he could to ensure that my project was done in a professional and timely manner.
