Mark did the intro and was very thorough and professional. We went through every room and he took notes. He took the reins and told me about background checks for their workers, insurance coverage. The first visit was a trial visit at our summer house. The 3 women were very nice, friendly and personable. I told them the rooms I wanted done. There were a few items left undusted but I let it pass because it was a 1 hour trial. The next visit was at our primary residence which we hadn't lived in for a couple of months, so I wanted a good deep-down cleaning. I was disappointed that the kitchen floor was still dirty (you could see it on my husband's white socks), the dish drainer was dirty, you could see dirty swish marks in all the toilets, and there was evidence that items on furniture weren't moved when cleaning. Because I liked Mark and the crew, I gave them another chance. They left me a note that they went over the floor twice, but it was still dirty, and there was still evidence they hadn't moved items. I really wanted this to work out but didn't want to spend my hard-earned money to come home and be disappointed.
Description of Work: I hired Pro Time to provide cleaning services at my home on a biweekly basis. The first time was a "spring cleaning" type service since I had only been superficially cleaning for a couple of months.

I have an old house and a son with allergies, so we have some very specific needs for housecleaning. Mark came over and I went through everything with him, which he wrote down accurately in a report. When the cleaning team came for the first time, they went through my house quickly, did not focus on dusting my sons room as thoroughly as I had requested, and were using swear words in their conversation with me, as if I was a friend or someone they met at a bar. They also used this mop with a special cleaner on it that made our floors so slippery that my son fell down the stairs. I specifically requested moving forward that they not mop my floors at all, just vacuum, but the mop with the cleaner was used twice more. The last time the floors were so slippery that my sons fell again and I asked ProTime to come and fix it, which they said they would do. When I got home it didn't look as if anyone had been here, and the floors were as slippery as before. I spoke to Mark about it the next morning, and he had assured me that the floors had been gone over, and blamed the slipperiness on the pollen (which could not have been the case). He proceeded to tell me about how the mops with the slippery solution were never mixed with the mops without, but this could not have been the case either. In between my calls to complain Mark never conducted follow up calls to see if we were happy. We paid more than we were comfortable with ($96.) to get the service and the personalization we needed, and we received neither. The cleaning teams are unprofessional and I suspect they clean every home exactly the same, regardless of what the customer requests. Mark and his partner do not manage the cleaning teams well and do not provide the level of individualized service that I would expect for the money.
