Description of Work: Kevin replaced wrotten siding and trim on my home. He did a nice job and surprised me by charging $600 less than the agreed upon price.

Description of Work: Tore down back deck & built a new one. We were very satisfied with the quality of work.

Description of Work: Asked for an estimate on re-siding a house we were considering buying. Responded promptly, however, we decided against the house so did not use his services.

Description of Work: Kevin came over to repair some failing clapboards on our house, which he did. He also provided an assessment of our front door which needs repair. In addition, he is going to do some interior repairs in the future. Kevin was extremely understanding when we wanted our interior work, which was to be done the week of the fourth of July, to be postponed because we were having guests. We would definitely ask Kevin to help us again, and in fact he does plan to do our interior work later on.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 doors-1 interior and 1 exterior. I am extremely pleased with the work Kevin performed. He is courteous and professional. He acknowledged my email inquiry by calling me within 24 hours and we discussed my door project. The doors he installed were exactly what I requested and look great! I also had him quote me on new windows, which I will be contracting him to replace in the near future, based on my positive experience with him and the many other positive reviews on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Repaired rotted wood on corner of our porch. It went good and a lot faster than I thought it would. I would hire Percival Remodeling again he did great work.

Description of Work: I was looking for a quote on drywall for my main floor bath that had been flooded due to a water pipe break. Kevin responded to my inquiry promptly and came over to look at the job. He gave me a "ball park" verbal quote. He explained that he was in the process of moving and wanted to do his taxes and he would get back to me with a written quote. I never heard back from him. This was the second time that he came in to quote a job and he didn't follow through.

Description of Work: Never got past the first phone call with this guy. Basically, we were looking for a kitchen remodel and an estimate. We were willing to to be flexible regarding timing, however we were told "I'm busy for the next 6 weeks, so it would be a waste of my time to come do an estimate, so you could find someone else that could do it sooner" We then said we would be happy to pay for an estimate, and could wait to start, but he decided he did not want to do it. Rude and unproffessional!!!!!!
