McDonald Well & Pump

They were very good. The guy I called first wasn't familiar with the pump I had. I haven't had any problem with it after that. They got here pretty quick. They were on another job when I called and he gave me an estimate of when he would be here, and he showed up on time. He was very professional.

Our well stopped working. I called Mike and he quoted a price. Despite problems in finding water on our property, his final price was not changed. He went over and above what was expected. The finished pump and tank installation was neat and clean. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

I called McDonald Well and Pump stating I had a problem with Silt and Sand entering my water system and clogging my pump screen. Michael the owner was able to stop by the same day and check things out. Within about an hour he gave me a detailed description of what was happening, and two ways of how to fix it including estimates. Michael also told me of possible scenarios that detailed well location and issues that may be encountered when requesting a permit from the town. I had been talking with other people about my situation and McDonald Well and Pump seemed right in line with what I had been told and his estimates were very fair. After making the decision for the new well, Michael kept me in the loop on the permit and within about a week or so called me with an approximate start date. The job started the same day as promised and was completed within 3 days. During that time I was never kept in the dark of anything and only went without water for about a 4 hour period. Now i have the best water flow I have ever had and the new larger tank was installed professionally taking up far less space than expected. The job was completed beyond my expectations and right to the penny of the estimate.
