LG told me about them when the other guy (Interstate), messed my microwave up. They just left maybe an hour ago, they fixed the microwave that the other guy left in pieces. They called before they came. The gentleman came right on time, not ten minutes early, not ten minutes late, he said he'd be here at 8, I think he was here about two minutes before 8. He came in and he knew what he was doing, he knew versus the other guy who was like "Oh, what am I looking for?". He took the microwave out, checked everything, got whatever was necessary repaired before he put it back because it is a built-in above the oven, or stove or whatever you want to call it with the fan. He checked it and made sure it ran, you know, before it went back up. He put it up, cleaned it, and called me out and the clock was already set and everything and he showed me that it is up and running and that everything was in proper working order. He was a gentleman, also.
