I called them up and said I need their service and he said he'd be here at 10:00 the next day or whatever and he showed up at 10:00 and did the thing and went away. He was very professional. I have no issues whatsoever with them and I would use them again.

+ -1 moreWe found evidence of active powder post beetles in our barn basement. John was able to respond very quickly to make time to do an on-site inspection and to provide an estimate. He came after hours to meet me and walk through the property to view the damage and discuss possible courses of action. John was very knowledgeable and explained our options, long term effects and warranty. Although we originally scheduled to have the work done immediately (John was willing to come after hours or on the weekend) we had to change the date at the last minute. John was very accommodating and when we were ready was prompt in getting the work completed. Only time will tell as to the efficacy of the treatment but we have a 1 year warranty from the company.
