Bob was very attentive and kind while he was going over the plans then the day he was supposed to start he left on vacation for two weeks and gave a subcontractor we did not know all of the codes for our house without our permission. This contractor did work but had no schedule, so we were unaware of how many hours he was there which we were then charged for. The sub contractor repeatedly came to us asking for money saying that he was not being paid by Bob and it became a big deal which lead to us firing the subcontractor and confronting Bob. When I confronted him he became threatening. He eventually left our premises and was asked to not return.
There was no professionalism and as we are still trying to finish our basement we are finding that the work they did do has to be redone and that a lot of our items that we had stored in the basement, which they told us they would take care of moving, are very damaged.
