Shop At Home Flooring

Russ’s crew from Shop at Home Flooring installed laminate flooring in my living room in mid October of 2021. I was satisfied with the finished result, but as of late June when the warmer weather started, the floor has been buckling and lifting up in a particular area. I contacted Russ and explained the problem and provided him a video that shows the problem. He told me I needed to run a dehumidifier in order to solve the problem which I have been doing with no results. If anything it has gotten worse. I contacted Russ to let him know and was told he would send out Paul (one of his crew members) to come and look at it. This was on July 26 and I still have not heard from Russ after numerous attempts to contact him. I have filed a dispute with Thumbtack, the app I used to hire this company, and Russ has not responded and has since removed his company info from the from the thumbtack site. In the meantime I have had two contractors come out to assess the problem, both telling me that in their opinion the floor was installed improperly. Still no response from Russ or his company. Very unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend!

Carpet and flooring is buckling in multiple places after 3 years

The installers were great and worked diligently. With so many flooring companies out there, we were thankful to have found Shop at Home Flooring because the process with them was organized and well planned out. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to replace flooring. You won't be disappointed when using this company!
