I was extremely impatient and a real pain in the but because it took a day and a half. I realize, however, that once they start the work, they can't really shortcut it because it would impact the quality. I suppose they could have been better at calling me to let me know where they stood. In the end, it worked out well and they were very professional -- even when I was not.

I had a power supply go bad on my Compaq desk side computer. Took it to Showtime Computer in Nashua on Thursday afternoon it was repaired and back in my office by Saturday afternoon. They replaced the power supply and did a software tune-up and now the system is running great. Fast and courteous service.

I wanted a high-end computer with a huge disk space and they assembled the whole thing in a couple of days. They stand by everything. I have the oddest problems and it is an area I am very familiar with. They have stood by everything including finding some of the weirdest problems. They have always taken care of me. The quality and price ratio is really good with these guys. They give you good products at a decent price. They pretty much take care of whatever you need. They also take the content off the hard drive and saving it on to a disk. The guys who work there really know what they are doing. They do virus removal, hardware repair, and straightening out of software issues. They can do all of it. They also do ink replacement for printers. They are top notch. When I started my software development business doing website it needed 5 server boxes and lots of other things. I got it all from them and they saved me thousands. I have easily done $30000 business with them over the last eleven years.

In attempting to clean the dust from the inside of my son's computer we caused damage and it no longer worked. Upon bringing it into Showtime they were quickly and easily able to assess the situation. It was determined that we needed a new motherboard and processor. The cost was very reasonable vs. the option of having to buy an entirely new computer. They gave us an estimate of when it would be done (3-4 business days) and they met that timeline. The only caveat was that they weren't able to get it to connect to the internet. They thought that our firewall software was blocking them. Upon bringing the computer home, it booted up perfectly. However, when trying to get online it still would not connect even after I attempted to reconfigure our firewall software. We brought it back to Showtime. They had to do some additional / fairly extensive work including backing up our data and reloading the operating system from scratch. The GREAT part of this is that they did all the additional work, during our return visit, at no additional cost to me! This is the perfect example of excellent service. Things don't always go as anticipated. Considering that we essentially had the brain replaced in our computer, it is not suprising that issues arose. Showtime came through by fixing the issue at no additional cost!
