lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI took two lawnmowers in for repairs. One mower was a Craftsman. After having the machine for more than a month I was told they couldn't find a model number so couldn't work on the mower. A Sears service center that couldn't identify a Craftsman mower. Not good and took over a month to figure out they couldn't fix it. Second mower was a Honda and they did do the repairs. Cost seemed high at 200. Once the repairs were done we never got a call to tell u s the work was done. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone use this service.
