Tim was extremely responsive, professional, and flexible. His team was also very courteous (taking off shoes, making sure the door was closed, etc...). I also appreciated that he donated items that were in good condition. I would definitely call on Tim and his team again for any moving or disposal services.

They were great - returned my call promptly, came out within 2 days, and the price was very reasonable. We had the TV right by the front door, so there was minimal maneuvering needed inside the home, so thought the $50 price was very fair. Would call them again.

I called Tim, from RDS, on Monday, and he got back to me in a very timely manner to answer all my questions later that day. My sister and I got busy cleaning out my garage as a surprise for my husband early Tuesday. Were ready for Tim to come give an estimate on Wednesday. He came and said he would come pick up everything on Friday. **I did mention that it couldn't be later than Friday, since my husband was returning from a trip and it was to be a surprise. Tim called me later that day to say that he was able to come earlier, Thursday, the next day instead of Friday, if I wanted. I was thrilled. He and his helper cleared everything away in less than two hours. He even racked up a now exposed area to make it look neater. And, he advised me to keep some "good" boards I was throwing away - telling me that my husband might appreciate that I keep them. I loved that he was going to be recycling what he could, and donating others. They did a fantastic job! I do have some pictures, but please do not judge me by my junk, but by my willingness to purge!

The owner, Tim, called soon after my inquiry to answer my questions, provide a quote, and set the appointment. At the set date, Tim and a helper arrived on time and safely removed an big, older CRT TV. They were careful -- for their safety and not damaging my home -- as they moved it through my house and out to their van. The whole thing was done in 10-15 minutes. The price was the best around, less than two competitors including a big-named junk company that advertises they haul away old appliances and TVs.

Tim and a helper did all of the work. We were pleased with the results and Tim's professionalism.
