Excellent. Originally just contracted to have the porch roof redone. Once they got into it there was a lot more repair work needed as the support beams had significant rotting due to water damage. DeSalvo was all over it getting a subcontractor there the same day and by the end of the next day the roof was repaired and reshingled the next work day. After seeing the porch damage we relooked at the back of the house and noticed that there was some significant water damage to the plywood and decided to have all the plywood replaced and reshingled. I was impressed by the time that Peter DeSalvo, the owner, spent on site overseeing the work. He even worked the grounds after the work was done and the workers had left to be sure that everything was cleaned up. The team that did the work conducted themselves professionally and did an outstanding job installing the roofs and cleaning up afterwards. I have no problem recommending DeSalvo Contracting to anyone.

Excellent service and performance. Guys got there as planned in the morning and worked non-stop until 6pm. I am thrilled with how my property looks from the street. Before, much vegetation, weeds, brush, etc. Now there is a new lawn exposing the rebuilt stone walls.

The windows look and seem to work fine, however my husband did notice that they weren't properly installed to the manufacturers' protocol. They didn't insulate the bottom sill. My husband tried to ask questions on if he was doing everything correctly, but he claimed everything was being installed just fine. After he left we read the instruction manual and seen that it was improperly installed. After we reached out to him, he tried a different worker, but we wanted him to come out and help fix it, but refused and never called back.

It worked out very well. He did a fine job.

The experience was excellent. There were no issues of any kind by far. He did excellent work. He came in on budget and there was no price creep. He was very easy to work with and did it exactly the way we wished it to be done. It did stretch out a little bit due to summertime scheduling and stuff but it still wasn't that much of an issue.
