Emory and his team did an amazing job! He was super flexible and accommodating with the dates when I had to reschedule, and his team was prompt, professional, and did an amazing job. The project was completed exactly as discussed and on schedule, and the result is better than we thought! Definitely recommend!

The interaction from quote to completion was excellent. They provided guidance regarding the job starting at the meeting for the estimate and throughout the installation. They were very careful in the house and with all the products. Each night the area was cleaned up and the finish clean up was extremely good. There were a couple of areas with angling as it met up with tile. These were not easy cuts and they all fit perfectly. Both the owners and their workers took a lot of pride in making everything look the best as possible.

I did not use them because he was not scheduling until October. He would have done it sooner but he was uncertain and we kind of needed to know. I decided not to use him mostly because of the time frame. He had some concerns about our floors. Nails were sticking up and things. So I got the impression that he had other projects he was more interested in. I'm not saying that he would not do our floors. I just think our floors may have been a problem. I don't want to make him look bad. I just don't think he was enthusiastic about it. He came out to the house to look first.

They did an excellent job, the floors looked fantastic and it was a pleasure to work with them during the process. They were responsible, on-time, and truly professional. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to all our friends and family.

The work was excellent. Done on time with no problems. They replaced some boards in the dining room that were damaged by water. Workers were on time and very professional. They notified us the night before when they woul be delayed by 1.5 hours. Communication was greatly appreciated.

The did an excellent job and were very professional throughout. Emery was very responsive to my initial request and came out promptly to provide us with a quote. They were busy so it was a little difficult to get scheduled but they communicated via text and got the job done. We would definitely use them again. Thanks for a job well done.

Jack came out to give us an estimate quickly and tolerated our indecision on finishes, then let us change our minds again and put on stain before refinishing, and then we asked him to do the stairs, too. It added a day to the job but they came out on Saturday to finish it up. E-mail communication throughout was prompt and thorough. His price was fair, his team was agreeable and cleaned up after themselves, and the floors look just plain amazing. You cannot tell where the patch starts and ends. Beautiful work!

Emery did an outstanding job. I was not there for the work as I was on business travel, but if he told me that he replaced rather than refinished the hardwood floors, I would have believed him. Also, the level of dust created was minimal to none. The base boards were also left un-marked and he was able to sand and finish into every corner. Just exceptional work. One other positive note: Emery did run into some scheduling issues as one of his crew got hurt on another job. Emery worked very hard to find a spot on both our schedules as I was traveling the following week. He communicated very well and always kept us informed of the options (even him working on Saturdays). He also quoted me $1200 over the phone based on my measurements but upon arriving to my home, he measured everything himself and then quoted $1100 ($100 less). He did not have to tell me that, but he did which I appreciated and it speaks to his integrity.

The Landry brothers and workers were friendly and accommodating. They use a powerful vacuum that sucks up 99% of the sanding particles, so only a fine dust was present afterwards, which was easily wiped up. Their price was 30% less than a local quote even though they traveled about an hour three times to our home. Our floors were beautifully transformed. Thank you Landry brothers.

We are very happy with our refinished floors. We had installed new Oak floors beside original and now they look exactly the same. They were on time and kept the schedule they promised. Even when our cat escaped the basement and decided to run across still wet floors! They fixed it up no problem (and kitty learned a lesson!) We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. We had contacted other companies before I found them here on angieslist - no communications or did not think they could do the job. Landry Wood Flooring had great communications and were out here promptly for an estimate. The cost was what they said it was...no surprises.

Emory was great to work with. He was very easy to get a hold of and came by and provided a quote quickly. He and his crew showed up every day on time and finished the job right on schedule. The floors all look fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

Landry Flooring did an excellent job refinishing our floors. Emery worked with us to determine an estimate based upon the floor plan and photographs because we could not get into the house to take measurements and look at the job. (We were purchasing it and the previous owners were in the process of packing and could not accommodate our request.) He scheduled our job and went over everything in detail on the day he started the work. He was very knowledgeable and offered us suggestions based upon his expertise which resulted in a better end result and a lower price. The floors on the upper level had been painted and took a lot of work and hand scraping to get them stripped. The job took about a week to complete with all of the coats and buffing, etc. We had just purchased the house and it was empty so we gave him a key. He kept us up to date on the progress of the job and texted us pictures of the progress. He did not ask for a dime until the job was completed. The floors look amazing! We have had a number of other contractors come to the house for other work and everyone who comes in raves about how gorgeous the floors look and what a great job was done on them. We could not be happier. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if we have a need in the future.

They used unfinished wood, then sanded and then applied three coats of finish. They did a great job, finished on schedule, were very neat and very professional. We are very happy with our new floor.

Excellent - these guys are such professionals. It had to be the hottest day of the year and we do not have A/C. They brought their own water (although I kept offering cold bottled water). They never complained and just got down to business. Emery clearly explained why some areas of the floor would be challenging (which we already knew and understood). He offered us our choice of finish (3 coats - they didn't try to pull the old 'you only need 2 crap) The results are amazing. I couldn't be happier with my choice of companies... I highly recommend these guys.

They did such a great job on the floors inside the house, we asked them to come back to do the deck and porch. Really wish we would have found them sooner! The deck was an eyesore from too many years of DIY, now it's gorgeous! These guys are hard working and professional. Do yourself a favor, skip the mess and ache of DIY and call Rick and Emery.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Rick and Emery were efficient and very professional. When they say dustless, it is absolutely true. I was amazed at the lack of dust from the sanding. This was far and away a much better experience than the last time I had floors done in my house. They honestly look the best they have ever looked!

Since we had previously hired Rick and Emery, we were comfortable with them and knew they would do a good job at a fair price. They were prompt with the estimate, and on time with wood delivery and install dates and times. Rick and Emery were correct with their recommendations on wood and finish types as we are h****** our floors with three children and two active labs. We are thrilled with their work and have found the quality of each job they did to be exceptional. We will be hiring them again and can't say enough good things about them!

They did a great job refinishing our floors. Some spots are not perfect given that the floors are 40 years old but overall we are very pleased with Landry's quality and at reasonable prices. I primarily dealt with Emery who was very professional and responsive which I very much appreciate.
