I'd like to preface this by saying I am a design professional and have worked with all kinds of fabricators throughout New England for 10 years now and this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. I rely on partners like Keystone to aid in the remodel process. I have been working with Keystone for 3 years and am continuously impressed with their effort and professionalism. Dee Dee, Stephanie & Freddy always go above what is expected. Chris, John and Jeff recently went beyond the scope of work that we thought we were in for with out one gripe or complaint. Thank you!

The back splash was a fraction of an inch short on either side if the stove. The installer pointed this out to me. The next day keystone called me concerned on how I liked it. They offerred to redo the backsplash both by the stove and another area that I had intentionally left short and changed my mind after seeing it. They came and corrected both with no extra charge. Their first priority seemed to be that it was done correctly and that I was happy with the result.

My plumber was in a jam when replacing a faucet in our kitchen. The center hole in our granite counter was drilled too small to fit the new spout. This was Tuesday and put a total stop on the job. The following day, I called Keystone Carvings at 10:00 AM and through some rescheduling, they were able to re-route a crew to my home and arrived promptly at 12:30 PM. The two gents set up the drills and dust control unit and completed the job within twenty minutes. I cannot say enough about the quality and responsiveness of this firm.

After doing extensive research on granite companies, we made the decision to hire Key Stone Carvings to install granite countertops in our newly designed kitchen. When I first spoke with Dee Dee on the telephone to gather some information, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge. The information she provided was invaluable. She was friendly and welcoming. We went to their showroom and were greeted warmly by staff. Dee Dee set up a time for us to view the granite we were interested in and guided us through the process of picking it out. From template to installation was a breeze, we couldn't have asked for a smoother job. Each and every employee we dealt with was a positive experience and we would highly recommend Key Stone Carvings!

The sales staff was very helpful in making decisions and punctual in returning phone calls. The two men who did the installation were very professional and braced up and leveled the base cabinets and installed the new sink. We were impressed with how fast and through they were. We went to five other companies and got estimates but theirs was the best. I would recommend Keystone Carvings to anyone.

I am so happy with my new granite counter top and the new look of my kitchen. It all began with the decision to replace my laminate counter top. I got quite a few estimates but what distinguished Key Stone Carvings was that they gave me new ideas that the others didn’t offer. For example, other companies measured the countertop and estimated an exact replacement, while Dee Dee came up with a plan of an overhang to give me more counter space. In addition, we added a piece of granite for an island and still we managed to stay on budget. Key Stone Carvings’s quote was on par with the other companies and we already had received added service. During the kitchen remodeling process, they waited very patiently for the kitchen floor to be done first and even dropped in while it was being done to help me choose the color for the granite countertop. It was a huge bonus having an interior designer assist with the stone selection and other decisions .Dee Dee and Freddy accompanied us to all the granite stores and if the granite company didn’t give us any particular sample, she went out of her way to get me some samples. To make things easier for us, after templating Freddy actually put back the countertop so we could continue working off of it. The installation went very smooth and they were as usual very punctual and courteous. All work was completed on or ahead of schedule and the price was exact to the estimate. They were very good with returning phone calls and actually understand the pain and anxiety involved in kitchen remodeling and do their best in helping you. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends.
