He is courteous, able to quickly converse with the customer, sensative to the ongoing renovation being done, and generally helpful in other areas that may be considered auxiliary tasks but are only indirectly related to his immediate job. John is a "rare breed". That's a compliment! I've had a lot of negative dealings with a bunch of other service people over the past couple of months, and he's the only one who did what he said, stuck to the price given and completed the task way and above what was expected. He obviously takes pride in what he does. So rare today!

John went over and above the call to make a minor repair for us . We were having an open house on investment property on Sunday, John went to our property Saturday evening with short notice. The light fixture needed to be replaced, so John went to Lowes got a new fixture and finished the repair. Great experience.

John was the first one to call, very detail oriented. He installed recess lights, mounted my 50� TV on the wall. I am very happy with all of this work and have referred his name to all of my friends.

The day started with a terrible storm; roads were awful and all the schools were closed. I fully expected Mr. Tierney to call and request we reschedule. He remembered I was having this work done to surprise my husband for Valentine's Day, the next day, so he showed up in the afternoon to just see how involved the project was. He then proceeded to do the work and was done long before my husband got home from work. He also charged me less than he originally quoted me.
