We never thought we would be writing a glowing review about a contractor... but Jack really is that exception to the rule. Over the years, we have dealt with many contractors. They have ranged from the just about okay to the incompetent - and in a few cases, the downright dishonest. Jack is different - a rare breed who combines skill, attention to detail, and integrity. Our's was a large project: finishing the lower half of our house, including flooring, ceiling, paint, construction, some HVAC rework, and a bathroom renovation. Everything was completed to the most exacting specifications, on time and on budget. From the very beginning, Jack took charge of all the details, supervising the various subcontractors and executing the plans flawlessly. When things occasionally didn't go as expected, Jack stepped into the breech and got us back on track. For example, when we found water on the floor one day, he tracked down the source of the problem and reworked his schedule to help us find an appropriate solution. No fuss. No drama. No sleepless nights. The price was competitive, but perhaps more importantly, it was accurate! Jack spent a lot of time ensuring he understood exactly what we wanted. That allowed him to price the job properly. And that meant no nasty surprises for our budget. Value for money. No question. Oh, and did we mention he's also a very nice guy? Jack gets our highest recommendation.

Good quality. Very reliable and when he says he will do something he does it. Always on time. Very trustworthy. The project and payment schedule was very clear from the beginning.

The communication between them and I was great--if there were any questions or concerns that had come up he would contact me immediately and we would find a solution immediately. He stayed on track with the time frame of the project as well.

Jack did an amazing job in creating a family room in our unfinished basement. He was meticulous and detail oriented in his planning as well as execution of our project.
