I hired Erickson Foundation for radon mitigation. Job went smoothly. They communicated well, were very professional, and reviewed all potential options for the job with me. The system installation was done on time, professionally done, and well cleaned-up. The equipment is high quality, with the 10-year warranty being a big plus.

I hired Erickson for a radon system. All the pros in my area charged about the same price for one. Erickson differed because of the knowledge they shared and they are also one of the few places that have a 10 year warranty. I paid a little more for the 10 year warranty system and I am glad I do not have to worry about one thing in my house for a while now. The team came in and installed my system in just under 3 hours. They were professional and respectful. All in all, I think I made the right decision choosing Erickson.

It took 2 months to get an appointment for a site visit, but it was really helpful to have them taking a look. I found the assessment was honest and thorough. I would call them again for foundation issues.

I met the Erickson rep(John) at a Real Estate Lic. meeting. I thought Erickson could fix the problem with my porch being sunken a few inches. John quoted me about $2500. They came out, drilled holes and claimed to have sprayed in extra foam. My porch was not lifted even a millimeter. The guys said, we do not understand what was happening. They said that I should call Matt the owner, to negotiate coming again to fix my problem. My wife was furious but I had no choice as they packed up and left. When I called, they (Kim and Kylie) told me to speak to the project manager Andy as Matt was not available at the time. I have called so many times and the same result, no one ever calls back. You would think that a company would not be so dishonest and just take peoples money and not even return a phone call.

They guys were very professional, efficient. Went over the job multiple times before they started. They left us with a great finished product.

Excellent work from start to finish. On time initial evaluation and on time repair. Went the "extra mile" to repair additional small crack to ensure minimal water intrusion in foundation. Highly recommended and will use them again (if, that is, I need them :)
