Project Manager, Lorenzo sent Chris & TEAM ALPHA of Josh, Corey, Spencer within a few days; master carpenter, Eric, was called in (when determination demanded replacement of 16 ft of split main beam in addition to original assessment of galvanized steel reinforcement & installation of 12 whole house support columns). There was an office team of Chuck, Betty, Kierstyn, even an HR man who visited the site to assure the team was safe & working within the company's guidelines. I need a raining day to see if the leaking problems are resolved completely. I also need to fix a roof problem to see if it is also causing the wet garage floor problem, otherwise I am pleased with the work done.

Great timely service

Have not received the final bill yet but the work was very well done by two very professional young men. It did take a while to schedule because of their busy schedules so call as early as you can. I would have more work done by this company. They send a pro out to assess the project and he did a through job. Also gave us an estimate for the seven cracks that day. He was always there to answer my questions. Thank you Rob. Best of anyone we had checked. We had seven cracks to have done but decided on just two at this time. The rest are not critical as yet. In time we will have them do the rest. They had sent the bill for the seven by mistake so they will forward it to us.

Did a good job

Fixed leakage problem in a professional fashion but left the area in the backyard in a messy state which left a a lot of work to do to restore it to original state. Though the contract stated they were not responsible for landscaping the salesperson set an expectation that the yard would be left in as close to original as possible. That did not happen. The two men who worked on the project were very professional and courteous but seemed in a hurry to finish things up. This was quite an expensive project and we expected the service to match the cost.

Top notch work, with skilled, friendly crew, who explained each step thoroughly and worked efficiently to bring in the job on time and on budget.

We had some sealing to do on the basement foundation in the Winter of 2016. We hired Erickson to d the sealing on three cracks. During Spring storms, there was periods of heavy rain and water had seeped through one of the cracks. I sent images and contacted Erickson to follow up and I haven't received a call since. I'm hoping they see this and I would update accordingly, but as of now, I can't recommend them .

Ron came and looked at the cracks and provided a written estimate that same afternoon.
