+ 0 moreHe should of had the masonry workers finish the work. He told me he would be back on Thursday and I told him that it was on Thanksgiving and he might come back over the weekend. He still hasn't put the front rails up even though he has had them for a week. He made a huge mess in the back, ruined my steps and ruined the granite.
Description of Work: I paid $6,600 for the masonry and the front steps to be completed. Then the ironworker cut the rails too short rather than having them dug out, he elected to cut the rails and then cut them too high. He then cut the banister. He then just put cauking on the banister and he asked me what was wrong? I asked him why he wasn't going to weld them and I told them the the rail is going to fall down. He still refused to complete the work.

+ -1 moreWe called them and he came and gave us a quote. We called and scheduled him. He took some measurements. He required a down payment. The railing is coated which will prevent rusting. He also put something toward the bottom so we won't nick it when shoveling.
Description of Work: They put new wrought iron railings on our front step. This was a new railing. They had to screw them into the cement. They cleaned up everything well for us.
