 + 1 moreNapoleon used a large roto rooter machine. He dug out the clean outlet outside which was buried under snow. He could have used the one in the foyer closet but preferred the outside location. Rooted some 40' out to the street and found that roots was the problem again. He suggested next time to schedule the service that would look into the pipe with a camera and determine the cause of the re-root clog as this was cleaned 15 months ago. Very polite, efficient, and left the area clean. My regular plummer forwarded my help request to All Drain Service as he no longer does main line cleaning. All Drain Service office called within 30 minutes and said that a tech would be available between 10-12. He arrived a bit before 11 and was done by 12. Many thanks to Napoleon and All Drain Service.
Description of Work: Cleaned the main sewer line to the street because sewer was backing up into the basement.

 + 1 moreI discovered that the sewer had started backing up into my basement. I called All Drain Services and, because it was almost 6:00pm, I was expecting to set up an appointment for the next day. However, Napoleon, said he would be at my place soon. By 8:30 he was leaving and the drain was cleared. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreLast night, one of my toilets was backed up so I called another company and they said my main drain was not cleared out. So of course I called All Drain Services Inc and advised them of what this new plumber said and the woman just started yelling at me and saying 'That is not possible' and she even hung up on me while I was still talking. When I called back she yelled and said she didn't appreciate the way I talked to her and that the drain was not backed up...but it was overflowing in my basement as we were speaking. We can't wash dishes or do anything! All I want is for them to come out and fix the work that they supposedly had done 2 weeks ago.
Description of Work: On January 23rd, they came out to clean out my main drain.

 + 2 moreAfter having my frozen front yard jack hammered to find the septic cover to have the tank emptied I thought that I had a frozen drain pipe leading from the basement to the tank. The blockage was causing a backup now and I needed to have the whole system leaned out. I placed a call to All Drain Service during a raging Blizzard thinking they would come the next morning. To my amazement they offered to come right away. Well 45 minutes later they arrived to assess the problem. (It took me that long to snow blow a space in the driveway for them to pull into). The solution was to remove the toilet and snake the line all the way to the septic tank. If the pipe was frozen they would try to push through it. Their persistence paid off and they were able to break through the blockage to the tank. They had fixed the problem in less than an hour, cleaned up and were on their way. We are very pleased with their professionalism and would recommend them to everyone.

 + 1 moreCalled at 8:45 in the morning after getting water into my basement. Was surprised to hear that someone would be dispatched in 30-45 minutes. About 45 minutes later, they were there. Arem was the technician who came. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and went right to work. After verifying that a clog was my problem, he had it resolved in a short time. He then tested it twice to make sure the clog was gone! Would recommend to friends and would definitely hire them again.

 + 1 moreSuperb! Mark shows up on time and gets the job done in record time. I had sewer backup 8 years ago, hired a local plumber down the street. Two people showed up and took them a while to unclog the blockage with a gigantic reel. Mark showed up by himself and used sectional snake and got it done in less than half the time the two plumbers took 8 years ago. What a master!

 + 1 moreAll Drain Services was timely and professional. I was disappointed that they portray to provide both drain cleaning and drain repair on the web site, but they were not knowledgeable on pipe lining technology and could not consult on this. Arem did not offer to call the office and get a second opinion on pipe lining, he just dismissed it as a scam (even though we told him it was presented on an episode of "This Old House" several years ago. However, Arem was perfectly pleasant and professional, so I do not want to take that away from him or this review.
Description of Work: We had a backup in the main drain line. Arem came in to snake the line. We told him we had issues in the past with roots growing into the line, but last year we had a Perma-liner put in to permanently solve the problem. He had never heard of this and hinted we must have been taken advantage of by some scam. This was astonishing that someone in the drain cleaning industry would never have heard of Cured in Place Pipe Repair (CIPP) technology as pipe lining has been in place for some time. In any event, the line was snaked and it was determined to be roots. The blockage was cleared, and then 2 weeks later it was blocked again. The company that performed the pipe lining came in with a camera and it turned out the issue is the joint between the line going out from the house and the main line in the street. The additional roots were cleared, but the joint needs to be repaired.

The man came, unclogged the drain, we paid him, thanked him and did a great job. Professional, courteous, clean, he even disinfected any area where the water splashed or his tools rested. He adjusted the bill (giving us a discount) when I told him I was an Angie's List member. Although I truly hope I will never need them again....I would definitely use them again. And we have a 30 day guarantee!

 + 0 moreAll Drain was a pleasure to deal with, contacted them early hours in the morning before they opened and was told I would get a call back at 730am to schedule an immediate service that morning. As is typical I didn't expect an actual call back, but lo and behold even before 730 I received a call and someone came right over to fix the problem. Reasonable price which came in at rate expected, discount given for Angie's list customer and all was fixed in maybe 90mins or so. Great service, would use again.

I had no idea that this happened until the roots had choked off our line and backed up into my basement sink. All Drain came out within hours of my call, solved the problem, educated me on how and why this happens and left the basement cleaner than it was when they arrived. Professional, honest, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Bobby battled the rush hour traffic and arrived about an hour later. He fixed our completely clogged basement shower drain. He was friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. My mother was thrilled to be able to get ready for work this morning with a working shower. I would definitely use this provider again and would recommend them to anyone with clogged drains. (Note: I would recommend just calling the provider directly rather than trying to schedule an appointment online. When I called, I spoke to someone within minutes; my online inquiry was not addressed as speedily.)

This time, my electric drain snake would only go down about three feet and I still had standing water. All Drain Services came in and used a manual plumbing snake and a kinetic water ram. The plumbers worked hard and got my drain flowing again. Thank you All Drain Services. I will call you again when I have drain problems.

 + 1 moreMark arrived at stated time. He was very professional, shook my hand. We did a walkthrough of all the drains, side of house, garage, basement floor and French drain in cellar. Through a collaborative discussion. It was determined that the French drain integrity be checked. Mark brought in the Rigid camera, and entered the French Drain. The drain was pretty long , because I was getting a recording, he voiced in the address first before dropping the camera in. The camera and cable were lowered into the drain, once it reached the end which was a drywell. Mark then went outside with his transmitter and located and marked the property, with orange flags! The video also noted that the pipe was made out of clay. Next problem was the drain in bathroom sink. Soap scum, hair and debris built up, Mark removed it cleaned off the drain plug and then snaked the drain for any residual. Mark is straight forward, and objective!
Description of Work: The technician Mark came to my home as scheduled. He did a walkthrough of all the drains Mark videotaped my French drain for integrity. Mark also unclogged my bathroom drain.
