This company responded immediately. They arrived at our house within 3 hours. The job was to ream out a 1910 clay tile sewer line that connects to the city main line. The driver was personable, competent, excellent sense of humor, very efficient at his job and knew what the problem was and how to fix the it immediately. The company is extremely lucky to have Nino on their team and we were very lucky to have him show up to our home. This was a job shared by 3 homes and All Drain was cool with getting checks from multiple folks. The job cost much less than I feared when I contacted them; while our home is new to us, the neighbors had paid very large sums of money to get this work performed before. On top of that, All Drain offered us a 15% discount. The company responded to our emergency much faster than I had feared. And fortunately, drain back ups were not damaging to any of our homes. I would hire this company in a second. I would hope like h*** that Nino is the guy to respond. I was thrilled with their response and with the cost of the job. As this was the first time I hired them, and I had no idea what to expect, I was totally thrilled that it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Since this problem will more than likely happen again, I would definitely hire this company again. Based on our experience, you can feel comfortable hiring them for your own place.

I dumped too much stuff down my garbage disposal and clogged the drain. I tried to fix it myself with no success. I went to angie's list to look for people to fix the problem. I selected All Drains Service because they offered to come out on the same day I called. I called on Monday January 4 at 1 pm and they arrived at 2:40 pm the same day. My tech was Eddie. He was very nice to speak with and fixed the problem. Overall, it took about 40 minutes to clear the drain, seal the connectors under the sink and run a few test runs of hot water down the drain. My wife and I were very happy with the service and the value. Our tech was very professional, provided us with suggestions on how to prevent the problem in the future and advice to keep the lines clear with weekly hot water runs or every time we wash the dishes. If you have a similar drain problem, I would highly recommend All Drain Services.

Just as we were leaving for Christmas with family, our kitchen drain backed up with thick black crud. We returned Monday and our plumber was booked for a week & recommended All Drain Service. After checking them out on Angie's List, we called and got an appointment for the next day. They called to alert us 30 minutes before their serviceman's arrival. Chello arrived, surveyed the situation and solved the problem within 30 minutes.Chello was prompt. professional and very courteous. I mentioned I'd write a review for Angies List and we received a 15% discount. My husband & I highly recommend All Drain Service, Inc.

All Drain Service showed up in 30 mins of my call, the day before Thanksgiving. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed and tested before I could even get to the property myself. The tech was very friendly and met me in the driveway. Since I was an Angies List member they discounted the cost by 15%. I will definitely use All Drain Services in the future!

I purchased an Angie's deal. The provider scheduled promptly and came out and cleaned the line. Everything was efficiently arranged and was satisfied with the cleaning.

The two technicians were prompt, courteous and overall terrific! They were neat and orderly in their service and were quick to point out of a discount offer for us to take advantage of. They snaked the drain and cleaned out the master drain pipe in the basement. They were done in little more than an hour. And they enjoyed, rather than minded, that our three dogs wanted to play with them!

he came and screwed up the whole place my kitchen sink , my basement. I called this guy who clog in my kitchen sink , he did not do the work professionally. He was not able to open the nut in sewage drain pipe in basement, he broke open. He was not professional enough to stop the spillage of clog in my basement , now i need to replace two wooden board and wall needs to be repainted and the whole basement is mess now, stinks. Kitchen sink and basement drain is still leaking after he has finished the work. Never every call these guys. Worst service.

They came on a saturday night and unclogged the bathroom. About 4 days later bathroom started cloggin againthey sent another plumber who used a larger snake. They came promptly and the problem seems to be fixed. All personnel very polite and professional

I was disappointed with the results of their service. Our sewer line is 70 feet and the service provider only had a 60ft snake. He then recommended a camera service, which was more expensive than the cleaning itself (did I mention they charged me extra for coming after 5pm, which the following person I called would not have...smh). I called someone else who was cheaper and had a 100 foot snake. Per camera review, there was still standing water in the last 10 feet which was not cleared. I called All Drain and they sent the same person out, who initially didn't want to re snake the main line. After some slight resistance he did re snake the line, at first claiming 60ft, then retracting his words saying it was 80ft and therefore fully snaked (I didn't believe him). He also was sloppy and left some "residue" on our carpet this time around. Also, did I mention because they came a 2nd time around, their 90 day warranty gets voided. I mean, how does that make any sense....? I now know who not to call when I have a clog.

It was pretty well. I was pleased with the work.

Our regular plumber wasn't available when our kitchen drain got clogged on a Sunday night but he did recommend All Drain Services. Because it wasn't an emergency, I scheduled an appointment for the following day. They arrived during the scheduled time window, quickly cleared the drain, and cleaned up the mess. While they were there, I also had them clear a clogged outdoor downspout that ran under a walkway. I was happy with the work and will use them again if needed.

I had tried everything to fix this with no success. I called All Drain Service, and the polite woman who answered the call said she could have someone at the house immediately. I was still at worked, so opted for early afternoon. The serviceman was prompt, courteous and thorough. I would not hesitate to call them again, and have already recommended them to others.

I called them, Julie was a pleasure to work with. They had someone there within 30 mins of my call. I also had the main cleaned out He was there for about 45 mins. Problem solved by 2:30pm. Keeping their info on my phone. Very happy!!

This company is fantastic, we've used them twice. If you have a problem with either septic or sewer connections being clogged, these are the people to call. They came right away when we had a problem over the winter, and then we moved to another house and had the same problem - toilets overflowing when running water in the house. They clear out the connections, clean up everything and are very thorough and professional. GREAT

Napoleon is my new BFF! This bathtub has never drained well and recently decided to take an hour to drain after a 10 minute shower. Being very tired of standing in water over our ankles every shower, we called on Memorial Day evening around 6pm. Left a message with answering service and had a call back in 15 minutes. Explained problem, quoted a price and said we would receive a confirmation call in the morning to set time of arrival. Called at 8:30am and Napoleon arrived at 10am. He assessed the drain, ran a snake 20 feet down and came up with a glob, drain ran better but he said he had to do it again. Snaked down again 20 feet and came up with a keychain that may have been in there for 30 years. I'm looking at a vortex in that bathtub for the first time ever. Great customer service, job well done & price was discounted because we are Angie's List members. If you have any kind of drain problem, call them!

I asked for Chino because he'd been here 5 months ago for the same problem and I wanted to find out why the drain had clogged 3 times in a year and a half. He gave me some very helpful advice, based in part on his experience with his own kitchen drain. He was prompt, friendly, professional, helpful, and cleaned up after himself with extra care. I not only got my drain unclogged, but also learned how to prevent future clogs. Great service!

Very good experience for me. I had an appointment the day after I called, they gave me a 2 hour window as to when they would be there. On the day of service they called a little earlier than the time, the service man was there right at the time stated. He was very good, professional and polite. Both sinks done in less than an hour.

I got a call from their office last night to confirm my appointment for this morning and to let me know who would be coming out. Mark called to let me know he was on the way, showed up right on time, was very friendly and professional. He did the video inspection and due to the roots that were seen, he snaked the line to get rid of them. He recommended annual maintenance to get rid of the roots. We were very happy that we found All Drains Services. This sewer line has been a problem the past 2 years and we've paid alot more to have plumbers snake the line and they didn't do the video inspection so we were not sure if we had to replace the whole line or not. The last plumber we called a little over a month ago sent (and charged us for) 2 plumbers who then had to come back later the same day because the drain was backing up again because they didn't get all of the roots the first time. They then charged me again to come back on the same day! I'm happy to have found a company that I know I can trust. The cost was very reasonable and they only charge $35 for a Saturday visit and we got a 15% Angie's List discount! He could've told us that we needed a new sewer line, but, he was honest told us we just needed annual maintenance. That was a HUGE relief. And when he left, I had complete confidence that the work was done and done right. I wish that we had found this company years ago but am so glad that we now have!

Eliezer, a service tech for All Drains came out and was about as professional and knowledgeable as anyone could hope for. He performed the cleanout and explained what steps he was taking to eliminate the backup as well as steps we could take to prevent the problem in the future. Even though he was there on a reasonable flat rate for the job, I felt like he stayed additional time to ensure the problem was resolved. I'd use these guys again in a second.

Super professional company. The person who came was called on a Saturday night at 10pm. The estimated time was late, but he arrived earlier. He was responsible, responsive, super-professional and had a great sense of humor. The work he had to do- snake main clog, cleared the line, install a new 4" fitall, was very inexpensive, considering it was a weekend night job. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat.
