It went great! The person who came was on time, let me know what he was doing and took care of the issue I was having. It was the result of an ice block moving through old pipes.

Awesome experience! My main sewer line backed up the night before I was about to host 20 people for a friends Thanksgiving. All Drains answered my call, were friendly and responsive and promptly got me in line for the next available service technician. It was late before anyone was able to get there, which is completely understandable given their volume of calls that night. I was just grateful someone was able to come at all! Carlos arrived late in the evening and despite his obviously long day he was super friendly and professional. Not really what anyone wants to be dealing with late at night but somehow Carlos made it a fun experience. He kept it light and easy, made me laugh, and worked incredibly hard to clear the line efficiently and properly. We wrapped up around 1am and he still had another call after me. These are hard working guys committed to great customer service. This is now my second time using them and after another great experience I will keep using them. Thank you Carlos!! These people answered the phone, were prompt to respond the same day, guaranteed the work for 30 days and were about $200 less than some other incompetent. ADS is on my first to call list if any future problems happen. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. The tech, Peter, was extremely personable, polite, and informative. Went above and beyond.

They responded to my call quickly and scheduled me for the next day, which was great! Peter was polite and professional. He cleaned out the clog and offered advice as to how to avoid having this problem again.

They were quick, efficient and competent. Although they left the sink area a little dirtier than I expected, I would definitely hire them again.

Arrived the next morning after my call. Their office manager was courteous, considerate and detailed. The service person arrived exactly on time and did an outstanding job with the videos and was very professional, was experienced in this field, explained everything in detail, while going above and beyond to assist the Professional Engineer in attendance. He took several minutes to make sure that the pipes were accessible to the camera. The video was recorded on a harddrive that was immediately presented to us. They offered me a generous discount for Angies List Members. The engineer who does many of these videos, was very impressed with this company and will refer clients to them. We received the kind of excellent service that you would want for every service.

They rate an Excellent in all categories. The nice lady on the phone caught the plumber as he was finishing his last job, so he was able to come right away. The plumber was very articulate and professional, clearly explaining the work and the cost and making sure I got my Angie's discount. He then used an "air ram" to blow the clog out of the drain. It worked, but it also blew back a mini-fountain right in his face and all round the sink! I was afraid I'd get a 'plumber's grade' quick wipe-up, but he and his helper did a terrific, thorough clean-up. Other than his smelly wet shirt, you can't tell it ever happened. Just a note - if you have a clog, definitely check if they can use an air ram. No disassembly of pipes, no bucket of blechh, no dirty snake. All in all a great experience. I will definitely call these folks next time I have a clog!

It went very well. Eddie arrived on time & had it cleared very quickly. The entire process was efficient from the initial phone call to the work being done.

We just moved in to our new house a month before and a drain clog we couldn't clear with multiple attempts with Draino and hot water weren't doing the job. We called this company and they came right away, told us the cost beforehand (which is great!), and he cleared a clog over 40 feet down. I would definitely hire them again!

I called the Drain Guy based on the firm's exceptionally good reviews on Angie's List. My experience was incredible with this firm. My husband and I discovered that getting a clogged drain fixed by the Drain Guy was a surprisingly nice experience! Matt promptly returned my call about a clogged bathtub drain. He was so pleasant, professional and empathetic to my dilemma. He set up an appointment that accommodated my schedule perfectly. Matt arrived on time, and I was impressed that he put shoe covers on, as soon he entered my house. He was easy to talk with and he answered all my questions with a smile. He fixed my clogged drain and then he cleaned up the bathtub area where he had worked. My bathtub was cleaner when he left, than it had been before he arrived! His bill was reasonable too. My husband and I agree that Matt is a gem.

I have had a number of plumbers and drain people visit to evaluate this issue. Many passed the buck and said they could not assist. All Drain Services did some troubleshooting explained the issues at hand, explained how we could remediate it and provided some tips for avoiding this in the future. They were responsive and attentive and offered a 15% discount for Angie's List members.

We called a local plumber, who referred us to All Drain Services, since our landlord had already tried a 25' snake, so this seemed like a job for a specialist. Nino was in the area earlier than expected, so he called and came a few hours early, which was great. He told us he's been working with drains for 15 years and that experience really helped. It turned out that the drain was clogged with metal from the inside of the pipe. (It's an older house and the metal had probably been gradually building up for some time.) Nino was able to unclog it in under an hour, which was terrific. All Drain Services have a flat rate for kitchen sink clogs of $195, which was fine with us because this seemed like a particularly tough job.

Very well, They were prompt and price was fair. Eliza was very knowledgeable with what he was doing, and I will be taking his advice on a future project he suggested.

Although they could not help me with what i needed ( a tub installation, which is just not what they do) they went above and beyond to help me find a plumber that could help. they googled plumbers and even gave me pointers to keep up with the drainage of my tub. i was truly impressed by their help. if i ever have drain issues i will definitely call on them!

They came in, on time, and did the work that I had purchased in the drain cleaning deal.

The dispatcher said the technician would arrive at 8:30AM but came at 9:30. He spent 45 minutes to snake through about 25 feet of 2 inch cast iron pipe to clear a clog with a handheld driver then flush out the clog with faucet water from the connected laundry sink. When the work was done he said it would be a "flat" $195 fee before the Angie's List member discount. But after calling his boss, he said the charge was now $255 before the discount. Supposedly it was because the drain pipe was connected to a main drain pipe. I later found out that the same work could have been done for about $185-195 by other highly recommended providers on this website. For me it wasn't the few extra dollars i paid but rather the dishonest upfront pricing that made the experience unpleasant.

It was easy to make the appointment through Angie's List. The appointment request included an option to provide several dates that would be convenient for me to have the service scheduled. I was promptly contacted with by Sarah to propose a time and day for the appointment which I confirmed. On the day of the service Eddie showed up right on time, evaluated the situation to confirm where the blockage was located and then snaked the drain pipe to clear the clog. He then tested the cleared pipe and cleaned up. Eddie was very professional, courteous and worked neatly. I selected this company based on the Angie's List reviews and agree with all the positive reviews. Based on my experience I would recommend this company. This company was offering a discount for certain services at the time I made the appointment so although I felt the cost of the service I received ($255) was fair, I was pleased to save a little on the cost.

My husband has worked out of state since, January, and is only home on the weekends. The poor guy spent the last two Saturdays trying like heck to fix the problem himself. When his 3rd attempt failed I turned to Angie's List. Thank goodness we found All Drain Services, Inc. on this Sunday afternoon! They got back to us immediately, and were at our rescue within an hour! It took them no time at all to go in and fix the problem -- tree roots! My husband can now relax tonight for his 3-hr commute in the morning. And I, too, can relax knowing that I can use the water again! Everything went well! It was an emergency situation and I ordered their $255 special via your site. The gentleman that came out was patient, knowledgeable and solved the problem. It turned out the problem was not from the drain, but the technician was exceedingly helpful on all fronts. Prompt, responsible for cleanliness and materials, helped me re-place a large appliance. Hope we have no problems but if so would definitely call them again.

Noticed the kitchen sink drain had backed up the morning after an exceptionally cold night. Opened the cleanout and confirmed that the issue was not the disposal or trap. Since it was neither I called All Drain Services, Inc. They were very polite on the phone and scheduled an appointment for me a few hours later. The technician showed up on time (actually a couple of minutes early) and the office called ahead to let me know he was nearly there. The technician was very polite and professional, listened to what I had attempted and attempted to clear the drain. When it became evident that the issue was a frozen line, rather than a clog, which he was unable to resolve, he gave me advice (which worked) on how to handle it. I was very happy with the service overall, and would absolutely call them again.
