Bobby arrived on time, was professional and very nice, and took care of the problem (tree roots in the main drain pipe.) As this happens every few years, he explained the root problem and gave me options for a more long-term solution, later sending me an estimate by mail. I feel the price was reasonable, and they gave me a 15% Angie;s List discount, which was nice. I highly recommend All Drain Service.

I was very appreciative that All Drain had an available appointment on short notice and they were very responsive with letting me know the status and approximately when they would be arriving. I gave them a description of the problem....that we have two showers and that using one caused the other to flood and that there must be some type of blockage in what they both drain into. I asked about their rates over the phone and she said it would be a flat fee of $170. No other stipulations were mentioned. She also mentioned a $20 rebate from their website, which was nice. After he arrived, he snaked the shower drain (took maybe 10 minutes) then asked if there was anything else. I mentioned that sometimes the sink (in the same bathroom) drains a bit slowly and I wasn't sure if that was related. He said he would take a look (no other comment other than this). He popped the snake down the sink drain just to make sure (this probably took a minute or two at most). Then when I got the bill he said that, "oh by the way, that sink will cost an extra $85". If he mentioned this cost beforehand, there is no way I would have had him "look" at it. And then he throws another comment in..."by the way, we should have really charged you more for the shower since both of your upstairs showers drain into the same drain and that should have been double" (even though he only snaked one of them). ... and to top it all off...the sink is no better than it was originally. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: After calling and complaining about this situation, the person I spoke to on the phone said that she would discuss it internally and see what they could do. I didn't have high expectations because I know what that typically means. However, I just received a refund in the mail for the sink charge and a very nice letter apologizing. Very nice to see.

I called and some woman said she could have someone come out within the hour. A very accurate statement and the plumber was very nice - did the job I needed and made recommendations. I thought the price was a bit much but I feel it was worth it when I told myself, he came quickly and I probably won't face this sort of issue ever again with this house if I follow his advice.

I called at 1pm on a recommendation from our plumbers Kerrivan-Lane when I called them about what sounded to them like a backed up main sewer pipe. The person who answered was very pleasant and explained the prices and that someone would come between 2:30 and 4pm, but I would get a call when they were on their way. I got a call around 2:45pm saying he would be there at 3:25pm. At EXACTLY 3:25pm Chello pulled up in my driveway (he had given the GPS estimated arrival time and got there right on the dot). Extremely professional and friendly, he got to work right away and found the problem efficiently and cleared out the clog which had caused a backup of some sewage into our basement.

We had a shower drain that 2 plumbers were unable to unclog, so when we called a 3rd plumber, they referred us to All Drain Services. I called All Drain Service and spoke to Michelle at 9:30 am and Eliezer arrived at 11 a.m. as promised. He was very friendly and assessed the situation before making the decision to clear the tub drain. He snaked the drain and cleared the problem. I have had other estimates to clean drains which were much higher so was very pleased with their price. Both Michelle and Eliezer were professional and very knowledgeable. So far so good and they have a 30 day guarantee if there is a problem. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again if needed.

We had recently finished some pretty major renovations on a newly purchased home that included replacing almost all of the plumbing in the house. We were just about to move in when the water heater started to leak. After replacing the water heater and purging the system, the plumbers noticed the water coming out of the main drain in the basement. We called All Drain and they were there first thing the next morning (luckily we hadn't moved into the house yet). Apparently because we didn't run any water in the house for 3-4 weeks the main cast iron pipe was clogged full of scalar buildup. All Drain quickly cleaned this out and said the drain was better but still seemed slow. We agreed they should use the video camera to check for other obstructions and we saw that the drain was almost completely clogged with tree roots from the house to the main sewer. The guys were able to cut out almost all of the roots and even showed me the before and after video's of the drain. They pointed out a large crack and a section of damaged pipe, but agreed that we should be ok for now as long as we maintain our drains. I have no idea if this was expensive or not but they did a great job, they showed up on time, they explained everything from start to finish including cost and future preventative maintence. I had another service snake out my sewer pipe to the street for $300., they said it had tree roots, and that we would need to have a camera put down to survey the pipe. The pipe was backing up again within a week. When we could not get them out to follow up, we called All Drain at a plumber's recommendation. They did a video to pinpoint the problem, and suggested that if we cut down the trees by the pipe, we should be able to save digging up the lawn for quite a long time. They used a larger snake with a revolving cutter on the end to completely clear the drain, and showed a video proving that the drain was 97% clear. They saved us from many more thousands of dollars and the headache of digging up the front lawn

The job was pretty straight forward. They climbed up on the roof and snaked the drain via the roof vent. Work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.

I would highly recommend them and use them again. We called at 3pm on a Friday and they were here by 6pm. The tech did a great job and we was very friendly. He explained everything to me and even showed me the roots he removed. The pricing was good and they offered various discounts. The main waste pipe leading to our septic tank became blocked over time with plant roots and dirt. Upon emptying the bathtub one day, the water could no longer flow to our septic tank, and the 40 gallons of water backed up into our house, releasing at the first available place, our first floor bathroom toilet. Long story short, that much water (and other yucky material) caused lots of damage. We called All Drain Services, Inc. to come in and unblock the waste pipe and help us figure out what went wrong. They responded quickly to our emergency call, getting to our home in under 2 hours. The plumber snaked the waste pipe and told us he saw dirt and roots and thought our waste pipe was "gone", completely disintegrated. We paid extra to have him put a camera on a probe so we could see what the inside of the pipe (or lack of a pipe) looked like. That was probably a waste of money. Anyway, my issues were that 1) this was a hefty price for the service, even taking into account that they responded to an emergency, 2) the plumber's assertion that the pipe was "gone" was completely wrong and I think was said to scare us into having them perform an emergency waste pipe replacement service, and 3) the company provided a quote for the waste pipe replacement service for $3,600, and we subsequently had it done professionally for $830. I don't mind paying a premium for an emergency response and for clearly superior work, but what we got here was competent work for a high premium and a quote for a real rip off.

Called at 9am to setup service, dispatcher had a technician available sometime between 10:30am and 12. Technician arrived at 10:30am. Based on the existing piping, the technician decided to clean from the septic tank. Excavated lids, cleaned the the drain line, and filled the holes back in. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

When I called to schedule an appointment, they said they had availability that day and came over in an hour, which was great. The fellow that arrived was friendly and thorough. He got all three drains running again within an hour and explained what we could do to prevent too much buildup in the future. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, I would definitely call them again.

The professional phone person promised a visit "within the hour" and sure enough, they showed up within the hour. Their technician, Chino, was extremely polite, professional and forthcoming. He explained everything he was going to do, did it, solved the problem (roots in the drain), explained what he did, and explained our options for preventing the problem in very accessible language. We would absolutely use these folks again, and intend to.
