BUYER BEWARE - ONCE THIS COMPANY HAS YOUR MONEY FOR THE INITIAL INSTALLATION, THEY WILL ABANDON YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!! Originally, the installation of our in-ground pool was a pleasure, good pricing, attention to our needs, etc. Sadly, after the glow of this initial experience, our expectations have not been met. We chose the Mineral Springs salt water chlorination system for our pool. While we enjoy the benefits this type of system provides, it has turned out to be a less than desirable method purely based on the lack of service related to trying to maintain the hardware system. A year or two into ownership, our control board for our system died. It took an ENTIRE SEASON for ASAP to chase down the Hayward distributor to replace a defective controller board. Then, they couldn't get the crew out to install it, so I had to do it myself. Additionally, the "No Flow" sensor light has been locked on solid red for over a season now. No one has come out after repeated requests to check into this and repair it. My calls fall on deaf ears. Every year, we have told Monique (the owner's daughter) to schedule us for the same week to open and the same week to close our pool for the season. Each of the past 5 years, I've had to call or remind them when we wanted the pool opened and when we wanted it closed. This year, I've been told they cannot come out until the 23rd of October, "...they are booked solid". Monique said, "I apologize, I made calls last month and I'm not sure why I did not get in touch with you." In the mean time, I'm burning up electricity in order to run the pump system to keep the pool clean. In closing, if you're looking for a great pool, but want no follow up - do business with these people. If you're looking for a great pool and continued customer service, do your research and go elsewhere.... ASAP is a prime example of yet another business eager to get the initial installation but failing to maintain good customer service in order to keep customers satisfied. Sadly, ASAP seems to be more intent in installing new pools than in helping customers who have helped them grow their business.
