+ -1 moreNice guys but don't waste your money on their HVAC talent. Our split system has not been working since day 1 of install , 2 seasons ago. They've been out numerous times and can't figure it out. It shouldn't be warmer inside vs. outside when any ac is running. I got a song and dance about it has to be running always . We tried that.....still didn't work. They came back out and said yep it was low on coolant. Couple weeks later not working again......clearly a leak. Came back several times after that. Came out twice this season and the last time they were here while we were at work and I came home to the unit running and all the windows open with no note and no reply to calls and texts of what the status was. Now we have a hot house with an infant and need to spend another $5400 to have it done correctly. Not to mention a similar series of events with 3 Brothers and my father in laws warehouse AC

+ -1 moreAside from the price of service it went well. They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing. During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars. During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee. They said it was an expensive part. I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified. I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars. So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site. Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty.
Description of Work: The provider came out to diagnos a problem with my heating unit; propane gas. It was not functioning. After diagnosing the problem they replaced the igniter.
